濾筒式(shi)除塵器的結(jie)構是由進(jin)風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱體、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝置、導流(liu)裝置、氣流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾筒及電控裝置組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵結(jie)構。

濾(lv)筒在(zai)除(chu)塵器(qi)中(zhong)的布置(zhi)很重要(yao),既可以垂直布置(zhi)在(zai)箱體花板上,也可以傾(qing)斜布置(zhi) 在(zai)花板上,從清(qing)灰效(xiao)果(guo)看,垂直布置(zhi)較為(wei)合(he)理。花板下(xia)部為(wei)過濾(lv)室(shi),上部為(wei)氣箱脈(mo)沖室(shi)。在(zai)除(chu)塵器(qi)入口處裝有氣流分布板。

含(han)塵(chen)氣體(ti)進(jin)入除塵(chen)器灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)后,由于氣流(liu)斷面(mian)突(tu)然(ran)擴大(da)及氣流(liu)分布板作用,氣流(liu)中(zhong)一部(bu)分粗大(da)顆粒在(zai)(zai)動和慣性力作用下沉(chen)降在(zai)(zai)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou);粒度(du)細(xi)、密(mi)度(du)小的(de)塵(chen)粒進(jin)入濾(lv)塵(chen)室后,通過布朗擴散(san)和篩(shai)濾(lv)等組合效(xiao)應,使粉塵(chen)沉(chen)積在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后的(de)氣體(ti)進(jin)入凈(jing)氣室由排(pai)氣管經風機排(pai)出。

濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)(chen)器的阻力(li)隨濾(lv)料表面粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)層(ceng)厚度的增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻力(li)達(da)到某(mou)一規定值時(shi)進行清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控制(zhi)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥的啟(qi)閉(bi)(bi),首(shou)先一分室提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)閥關閉(bi)(bi),將過濾(lv)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)截斷,然后電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥開(kai)啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)以及短的時(shi)間(jian)在上箱體內迅(xun)速膨脹,涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)膨脹變形產生振動,并在逆向氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)刷的作用(yong)下,附著在濾(lv)袋外表面上的粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)被剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)(dou)中。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后,電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥關閉(bi)(bi),提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)閥打開(kai),該室又恢復過濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室依次進行,從一室清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始至下一次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始為一個清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期(qi)。脫落的粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)(dou)內通(tong)過缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥排出。

在(zai)此過程中(zhong)必(bi)須定期對(dui)濾(lv)筒進行更換和(he)清洗,以(yi)確(que)保過濾(lv)效果和(he)精度,因為(wei)在(zai)過濾(lv)過程中(zhong)粉塵除了被阻隔外還有部分會沉積(ji)于(yu)濾(lv)料表面,增大阻力,所以(yi)一(yi)般的正確(que)更換時(shi)間(jian)是三至五個(ge)月!
