電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(Electromagnetic valve)是用(yong)電磁(ci)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)工業設備,是用(yong)來控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)體的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)動化基礎元件(jian),屬于(yu)執行器,并不(bu)限(xian)于(yu)液壓、氣動。用(yong)在工業控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統中調整介質的(de)(de)(de)方向、流(liu)量、速度和其他的(de)(de)(de)參數(shu)。電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)可(ke)以配合(he)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電路(lu)來實(shi)現預期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),而(er)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)精度和靈活性都能夠(gou)保證。電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)有很多種,不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)在控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)位置發揮作用(yong),最常用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)是單向閥(fa)(fa)、安(an)全閥(fa)(fa)、方向控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)、速度調節閥(fa)(fa)等。
電磁(ci)閥(fa)里有(you)密閉的腔(qiang),在不(bu)同(tong)(tong)位置開有(you)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong),每個孔(kong)(kong)(kong)連(lian)接不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的油管,腔(qiang)中間(jian)是活(huo)塞,兩(liang)面是兩(liang)塊電磁(ci)鐵,哪面的磁(ci)鐵線圈通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)電閥(fa)體就會被吸引(yin)到(dao)哪邊(bian),通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過控制(zhi)閥(fa)體的移動(dong)(dong)來(lai)開啟或關閉不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的排油孔(kong)(kong)(kong),而進油孔(kong)(kong)(kong)是常開的,液壓(ya)油就會進入(ru)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的排油管,然(ran)后通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過油的壓(ya)力來(lai)推動(dong)(dong)油缸的活(huo)塞,活(huo)塞又帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)活(huo)塞桿,活(huo)塞桿帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)械裝置。這(zhe)樣通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過控制(zhi)電磁(ci)鐵的電流通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)斷就控制(zhi)了(le)機(ji)械運動(dong)(dong)。
1、電磁閥從原理上(shang)分(fen)為三(san)大類:
直動式電磁閥(fa)
原理(li):通電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)產(chan)生電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)把(ba)關閉(bi)(bi)件(jian)從閥座(zuo)上提起,閥門打開;斷(duan)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)消失,彈簧把(ba)關閉(bi)(bi)件(jian)壓在(zai)閥座(zuo)上,閥門關閉(bi)(bi)。
特點:在(zai)真空、負壓(ya)、零壓(ya)時能正常工作,但通(tong)徑(jing)一般不超過25mm。
分步直動(dong)式電磁閥
原理:它(ta)是(shi)一種直(zhi)動和(he)先導式相結合的原理,當入口(kou)與出(chu)口(kou)沒有(you)壓(ya)差(cha)(cha)時,通(tong)電(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)磁力直(zhi)接把先導小閥(fa)(fa)和(he)主(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)關閉件依(yi)次向上(shang)提起,閥(fa)(fa)門(men)打開。當入口(kou)與出(chu)口(kou)達到啟動壓(ya)差(cha)(cha)時,通(tong)電(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)磁力先導小閥(fa)(fa),主(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)下腔壓(ya)力上(shang)升,上(shang)腔壓(ya)力下降,從而利(li)用壓(ya)差(cha)(cha)把主(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)向上(shang)推開;斷電(dian)(dian)時,先導閥(fa)(fa)利(li)用彈簧力或介質壓(ya)力推動關閉件,向下移動,使(shi)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)關閉。
特點:在零壓(ya)差或真空、高(gao)壓(ya)時亦能可*動作,但功率較大,要(yao)求必須水平安裝。
先導式電磁閥
原理:通電時(shi),電磁(ci)力(li)把先(xian)導孔(kong)打開(kai),上腔(qiang)室壓(ya)(ya)力(li)迅(xun)速下(xia)降,在(zai)關 閉(bi)件周圍(wei)形成(cheng)上低(di)下(xia)高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)差,流體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關閉(bi)件向上移動(dong)(dong)(dong),閥門打開(kai);斷(duan)電時(shi),彈簧(huang)力(li)把先(xian)導孔(kong)關閉(bi),入口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)通過(guo)旁通孔(kong)迅(xun)速腔(qiang)室在(zai)關閥件周圍(wei)形成(cheng)下(xia)低(di)上高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)差,流體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關閉(bi)件向下(xia)移動(dong)(dong)(dong),關閉(bi)閥門。
特點:流體(ti)壓力范(fan)圍上限(xian)較(jiao)高,可任意安裝(需(xu)定制(zhi))但(dan)必須滿足流體(ti)壓差條件。
2、電磁閥從閥結構(gou)(gou)(gou)和(he)材(cai)料(liao)上的不(bu)同與(yu)原理上的區(qu)別,分為六(liu)個分支小類:直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動膜(mo)片(pian)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、分步(bu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動膜(mo)片(pian)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、先導膜(mo)片(pian)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動活塞(sai)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、分步(bu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動活塞(sai)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、先導活塞(sai)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)。
