旋風除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器是除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)裝置的(de)一類。除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)機(ji)理是使(shi)含塵(chen)(chen)氣流(liu)作旋轉(zhuan)運(yun)動,借(jie)助于(yu)離(li)(li)心(xin)力(li)(li)將塵(chen)(chen)粒從氣流(liu)中分離(li)(li)并捕(bu)集于(yu)器壁(bi),再借(jie)助重力(li)(li)作用(yong)使(shi)塵(chen)(chen)粒落入灰斗(dou)。旋風除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)各個部件都有一定的(de)尺寸(cun)比例,每(mei)一個比例關系的(de)變動,都能影響旋風除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)效(xiao)率和壓(ya)力(li)(li)損失,其中除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)、進氣口尺寸(cun)、排(pai)氣管直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)為主要影響因素。在使(shi)用(yong)時(shi)應注意,當超(chao)過某一界(jie)限時(shi),有利(li)(li)(li)因素也能轉(zhuan)化為不利(li)(li)(li)因素。另外,有的(de)因素對于(yu)提高除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率有利(li)(li)(li),但卻會增(zeng)加壓(ya)力(li)(li)損失,因而對各因素的(de)調(diao)整必須(xu)兼顧。、
旋風除塵(chen)器(qi)于1885年開(kai)始使用(yong),已發展成(cheng)為多種形(xing)式(shi)。按氣流進入(ru)方式(shi),可(ke)分為切向進入(ru)式(shi)和軸向進入(ru)式(shi)兩類。在相同(tong)壓力(li)損失下(xia),后者能處理的氣體約為前(qian)者的3倍,且氣流分布均勻。
