濾(lv)筒式除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世紀70年代(dai)就已(yi)經在(zai)日(ri)本(ben)和歐美(mei)一些(xie)國(guo)家出現,具(ju)有(you)體(ti)積(ji)小,效(xiao)率高,投資(zi)省,易(yi)(yi)維護(hu)等優點(dian),但因(yin)其設備(bei)(bei)容量小,難(nan)組合(he)成(cheng)大(da)風量設備(bei)(bei),過(guo)濾(lv)風速(su)(su)偏低,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)范圍窄,僅(jin)在(zai)糧(liang)食、焊接等行業(ye)應(ying)用(yong)(yong),所以多年來未能大(da)量推廣。近(jin)年來,隨著新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料不斷地發展(zhan),以日(ri)本(ben),美(mei)國(guo)的公(gong)司為代(dai)表,對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構(gou)和濾(lv)料進行了改進,使(shi)得濾(lv)筒除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣泛地應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食品、冶金(jin)、化(hua)工等工業(ye)領域,整體(ti)容量增加(jia)數倍,成(cheng)為過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)>2000m2大(da)型除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超細(xi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集(ji)難(nan)、過(guo)濾(lv)風速(su)(su)高、清灰效(xiao)果(guo)差、濾(lv)袋易(yi)(yi)磨損破漏、運行成(cheng)本(ben)高的上好方(fang)案,和市場上現有(you)各種袋式、靜(jing)電除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具(ju)有(you)有(you)效(xiao)過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)大(da)、壓(ya)差低、低排放、體(ti)積(ji)小、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)長等特點(dian),成(cheng)為工業(ye)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)發展(zhan)的新(xin)方(fang)向。
濾筒式除塵器的結(jie)構(gou)是由(you)進風(feng)管(guan)(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)(guan)、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)置、導流(liu)裝(zhuang)置、氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)流(liu)分(fen)布板(ban)、濾筒及(ji)電控(kong)裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵結(jie)構(gou)。
濾筒在除(chu)塵器中(zhong)的布置(zhi)很重要,既可以垂直布置(zhi)在箱體花板上,也(ye)可以傾(qing)斜布置(zhi) 在花板上,從清灰效果看,垂直布置(zhi)較為(wei)合理。花板下部(bu)為(wei)過濾室,上部(bu)為(wei)氣箱脈沖室。在除(chu)塵器入口處裝有氣流分布板。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入(ru)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器灰斗(dou)(dou)后(hou)(hou),由(you)于氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突然擴(kuo)大及氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)分布板作用,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部分粗(cu)大顆(ke)粒(li)在(zai)動和慣性力(li)作用下沉(chen)降在(zai)灰斗(dou)(dou);粒(li)度細、密度小的塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)進(jin)入(ru)濾塵(chen)(chen)室后(hou)(hou),通過布朗擴(kuo)散(san)和篩(shai)濾等組合效應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)沉(chen)積(ji)在(zai)濾料(liao)表(biao)面(mian)上,凈(jing)(jing)化(hua)后(hou)(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入(ru)凈(jing)(jing)氣(qi)(qi)室由(you)排氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排出。
濾筒式除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)力隨濾料表面粉塵(chen)層厚度的(de)(de)(de)增加而增大。阻(zu)力達到某一(yi)規定值時進(jin)行清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程(cheng)序控制脈沖閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)啟閉,首先一(yi)分(fen)室提升(sheng)閥(fa)關(guan)閉,將過(guo)濾氣流截(jie)斷,然后(hou)電磁脈沖閥(fa)開(kai)(kai)啟,壓縮空氣以及短的(de)(de)(de)時間在上箱體(ti)內(nei)迅(xun)速膨脹,涌入濾筒,使濾筒膨脹變形產生振(zhen)動,并在逆向(xiang)氣流沖刷的(de)(de)(de)作用下,附著(zhu)在濾袋外表面上的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)被剝離落入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電磁脈沖閥(fa)關(guan)閉,提升(sheng)閥(fa)打開(kai)(kai),該室又恢復過(guo)濾狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室依(yi)次(ci)進(jin)行,從一(yi)室清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)至下一(yi)次(ci)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)為一(yi)個清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周(zhou)期。脫落的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)掉(diao)入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內(nei)通過(guo)缷灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。
在此(ci)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)必須定期對濾(lv)筒進(jin)行更(geng)換和(he)清洗,以確保過(guo)濾(lv)效(xiao)果和(he)精度,因為在過(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)粉塵除(chu)了(le)被阻(zu)隔外還有部分會沉積于濾(lv)料表面,增大阻(zu)力,所以一般的正確更(geng)換時間是三至五個月(yue)!
