濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世紀70年代(dai)就已經在(zai)日(ri)本和(he)歐美(mei)一些國(guo)家出(chu)現,具有體(ti)積(ji)(ji)小(xiao),效(xiao)率高,投(tou)資(zi)省(sheng),易(yi)(yi)維護等(deng)優點,但因其設備容量(liang)小(xiao),難組合成(cheng)大(da)風(feng)量(liang)設備,過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速偏低(di),應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)范圍窄,僅在(zai)糧(liang)食、焊(han)接等(deng)行(xing)業應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong),所以多年來未能大(da)量(liang)推(tui)廣。近年來,隨著新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)材料(liao)(liao)不(bu)斷地發展,以日(ri)本,美(mei)國(guo)的公(gong)司為代(dai)表,對除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構(gou)和(he)濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)進行(xing)了改進,使(shi)得濾(lv)筒(tong)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣泛地應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于水泥、鋼(gang)鐵、電(dian)(dian)力、食品、冶金、化(hua)工(gong)等(deng)工(gong)業領域,整(zheng)體(ti)容量(liang)增加數(shu)倍,成(cheng)為過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)>2000m2大(da)型(xing)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是解決傳(chuan)統(tong)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)收集難、過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速高、清(qing)灰效(xiao)果差(cha)、濾(lv)袋(dai)(dai)易(yi)(yi)磨損破漏、運行(xing)成(cheng)本高的上好方案,和(he)市(shi)場(chang)上現有各(ge)種袋(dai)(dai)式、靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具有有效(xiao)過(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)大(da)、壓差(cha)低(di)、低(di)排放、體(ti)積(ji)(ji)小(xiao)、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命長等(deng)特點,成(cheng)為工(gong)業除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)發展的新(xin)方向。
濾筒式除(chu)塵器的結構(gou)是(shi)由(you)進(jin)風管、排風管、箱體、灰斗(dou)、清灰裝置(zhi)、導(dao)流裝置(zhi)、氣(qi)(qi)流分(fen)流分(fen)布板、濾筒及電控裝置(zhi)組成,類似氣(qi)(qi)箱脈沖袋(dai)除(chu)塵結構(gou)。
濾筒在(zai)(zai)除塵器中的(de)布置(zhi)很重要,既可以(yi)垂直(zhi)布置(zhi)在(zai)(zai)箱(xiang)體花板(ban)上,也可以(yi)傾斜布置(zhi) 在(zai)(zai)花板(ban)上,從清灰效果看,垂直(zhi)布置(zhi)較為(wei)(wei)合理。花板(ban)下部為(wei)(wei)過(guo)濾室,上部為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖室。在(zai)(zai)除塵器入口處(chu)裝有(you)氣(qi)流分(fen)布板(ban)。
含塵氣體進入除(chu)塵器灰斗后(hou),由(you)于氣流(liu)(liu)斷面突然擴大及氣流(liu)(liu)分布(bu)板(ban)作用(yong),氣流(liu)(liu)中一部分粗大顆(ke)粒在(zai)動和慣性力(li)作用(yong)下沉(chen)降在(zai)灰斗;粒度細、密度小的塵粒進入濾(lv)塵室(shi)后(hou),通(tong)過布(bu)朗(lang)擴散(san)和篩濾(lv)等組合效應,使粉塵沉(chen)積在(zai)濾(lv)料(liao)表面上,凈化后(hou)的氣體進入凈氣室(shi)由(you)排氣管經風機排出(chu)。
濾(lv)筒式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)阻力(li)隨濾(lv)料表面粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)層厚度的(de)增加而增大。阻力(li)達到某一規(gui)定值時進(jin)行清(qing)(qing)灰。此(ci)時PLC程序控制(zhi)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)啟閉(bi),首先一分(fen)室(shi)提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),將(jiang)過濾(lv)氣流(liu)截(jie)斷,然后電磁脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥(fa)(fa)開(kai)啟,壓縮(suo)空氣以及短的(de)時間(jian)在上(shang)箱體內(nei)迅速膨脹,涌(yong)入(ru)濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹變(bian)形產生振動,并在逆向氣流(liu)沖(chong)(chong)刷的(de)作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia),附(fu)著在濾(lv)袋外表面上(shang)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)被剝離落入(ru)灰斗中。清(qing)(qing)灰完(wan)畢后,電磁脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)打開(kai),該室(shi)又恢(hui)復過濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)灰各室(shi)依(yi)次進(jin)行,從一室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰開(kai)始至(zhi)下(xia)(xia)一次清(qing)(qing)灰開(kai)始為一個清(qing)(qing)灰周(zhou)期。脫落的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)掉入(ru)灰斗內(nei)通過缷灰閥(fa)(fa)排出。
在(zai)此(ci)過(guo)程中必須定期對濾(lv)筒進行更換(huan)(huan)和(he)清洗,以(yi)確保過(guo)濾(lv)效果和(he)精(jing)度(du),因為(wei)在(zai)過(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)程中粉塵除了被(bei)阻隔外還有部分會沉積于濾(lv)料表面,增大(da)阻力,所以(yi)一般(ban)的正確更換(huan)(huan)時間(jian)是三至五個月!
