旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置(zhi)的(de)一(yi)類。除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)機(ji)理是使含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣流(liu)作旋(xuan)轉運動,借助于(yu)離(li)心力(li)將塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒從氣流(liu)中分離(li)并捕(bu)集于(yu)器(qi)壁,再借助重(zhong)力(li)作用使塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒落入(ru)灰斗。旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)各(ge)個部件都有(you)(you)一(yi)定的(de)尺寸(cun)比(bi)例,每一(yi)個比(bi)例關(guan)系的(de)變動,都能影(ying)響旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)效率和(he)壓力(li)損失,其中除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)直徑、進氣口尺寸(cun)、排氣管直徑為(wei)主要(yao)影(ying)響因(yin)素(su)(su)。在使用時應注意(yi),當超過某一(yi)界限時,有(you)(you)利因(yin)素(su)(su)也(ye)能轉化為(wei)不利因(yin)素(su)(su)。另外,有(you)(you)的(de)因(yin)素(su)(su)對(dui)于(yu)提(ti)高除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率有(you)(you)利,但(dan)卻會(hui)增加壓力(li)損失,因(yin)而對(dui)各(ge)因(yin)素(su)(su)的(de)調整(zheng)必須兼(jian)顧。、
旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)塵器于1885年開始使用,已發(fa)展成為多種形(xing)式。按氣流進入方式,可(ke)分(fen)為切向進入式和軸向進入式兩類。在相同壓力損失(shi)下(xia),后者能處理的氣體約為前(qian)者的3倍,且氣流分(fen)布均(jun)勻。
旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是由進氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管、排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管、圓筒體、圓錐(zhui)體和(he)灰斗(dou)組(zu)成。旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)結構簡單(dan),易(yi)于(yu)制造(zao)、安(an)裝(zhuang)和(he)維護(hu)管理,設(she)備(bei)投資(zi)和(he)操(cao)作(zuo)費用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)都較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di),已廣(guang)(guang)泛用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)從(cong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流中(zhong)分(fen)離固(gu)體和(he)液(ye)體粒(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi),或(huo)從(cong)液(ye)體中(zhong)分(fen)離固(gu)體粒(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)。在(zai)普(pu)通(tong)操(cao)作(zuo)條(tiao)件下,作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)粒(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)上(shang)的(de)(de)離心(xin)力(li)(li)(li)是重力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)5~2500倍(bei),所以旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)顯著高于(yu)重力(li)(li)(li)沉降室。利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)這一個原理基礎成功研究出(chu)了一款除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)百分(fen)之九十(shi)以上(shang)的(de)(de)旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)裝(zhuang)置。在(zai)機械式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong),旋(xuan)風式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)一種。它(ta)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)非黏性(xing)及非纖維性(xing)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),大多用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)來(lai)去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)5μm以上(shang)的(de)(de)粒(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi),并聯(lian)的(de)(de)多管旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)置對(dui)3μm的(de)(de)粒(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)也(ye)具(ju)有(you)80~85%的(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)。選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)耐高溫(wen)、耐磨蝕(shi)(shi)和(he)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)特種金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)陶(tao)瓷材料構造(zao)的(de)(de)旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),可在(zai)溫(wen)度高達1000℃,壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)達500×105Pa的(de)(de)條(tiao)件下操(cao)作(zuo)。從(cong)技術(shu)、經濟(ji)諸方面考慮旋(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)損失控制范圍一般為(wei)500~2000Pa。因此,它(ta)屬(shu)于(yu)中(zhong)效(xiao)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),且可用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)高溫(wen)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)凈(jing)化(hua),是應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)(de)一種除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),多應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)鍋爐煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)、多級除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)及預除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)。它(ta)的(de)(de)主要缺點是對(dui)細小塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)(<5μm)的(de)(de)去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di)。
