旋風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器是除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置的一類。除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)機(ji)理是使含(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流作旋轉(zhuan)運動,借(jie)助于(yu)(yu)離(li)心力將塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)從氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流中(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)離(li)并捕集于(yu)(yu)器壁,再借(jie)助重力作用使塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)落入灰斗。旋風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的各個部(bu)件都有(you)一定(ding)的尺(chi)寸(cun)比(bi)例,每(mei)一個比(bi)例關(guan)系的變動,都能影(ying)響旋風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的效(xiao)率和(he)壓力損失,其中(zhong)(zhong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器直徑(jing)、進氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)尺(chi)寸(cun)、排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管直徑(jing)為主要影(ying)響因(yin)(yin)素。在(zai)使用時(shi)應注意,當超過某(mou)一界限時(shi),有(you)利因(yin)(yin)素也能轉(zhuan)化為不利因(yin)(yin)素。另外,有(you)的因(yin)(yin)素對于(yu)(yu)提(ti)高除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率有(you)利,但卻(que)會(hui)增(zeng)加壓力損失,因(yin)(yin)而對各因(yin)(yin)素的調整必須兼顧。、
旋風(feng)除塵器于1885年開始(shi)使用,已發(fa)展成為多種(zhong)形式(shi)。按氣流進(jin)入(ru)方式(shi),可分(fen)(fen)為切向(xiang)進(jin)入(ru)式(shi)和軸向(xiang)進(jin)入(ru)式(shi)兩類。在相(xiang)同壓力損失下,后者(zhe)能處理的氣體約為前者(zhe)的3倍,且氣流分(fen)(fen)布均勻。
