濾(lv)筒式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在20世紀(ji)70年代就(jiu)已經(jing)在日(ri)本(ben)和歐美一些國家出現(xian),具(ju)有(you)體(ti)(ti)積小(xiao),效率高(gao),投資省,易維護(hu)等優(you)點(dian),但因(yin)其(qi)設備容量(liang)小(xiao),難組(zu)合(he)成大(da)風量(liang)設備,過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)風速偏低(di),應用范圍窄,僅在糧食、焊接(jie)等行業(ye)應用,所(suo)以(yi)多年來未(wei)能(neng)大(da)量(liang)推(tui)廣。近年來,隨著新技術、新材料(liao)不斷(duan)地發展,以(yi)日(ri)本(ben),美國的公(gong)司為(wei)代表(biao),對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結(jie)構和濾(lv)料(liao)進行了(le)改進,使(shi)得濾(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣泛地應用于水泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)力、食品、冶(ye)金、化工等工業(ye)領域,整體(ti)(ti)容量(liang)增(zeng)加數(shu)倍,成為(wei)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積>2000m2大(da)型除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)(chen)收集難、過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)風速高(gao)、清(qing)灰效果差(cha)、濾(lv)袋易磨損破漏、運行成本(ben)高(gao)的上(shang)好方案,和市場上(shang)現(xian)有(you)各(ge)種袋式、靜電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具(ju)有(you)有(you)效過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積大(da)、壓(ya)差(cha)低(di)、低(di)排放、體(ti)(ti)積小(xiao)、使(shi)用壽命(ming)長等特點(dian),成為(wei)工業(ye)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)發展的新方向(xiang)。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器的(de)結構是由(you)進風(feng)管(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)、箱體、灰(hui)斗(dou)、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導(dao)流(liu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣(qi)流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵結構。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)除塵器中的布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可以垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上,也(ye)可以傾斜布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上,從清(qing)灰效果(guo)看(kan),垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)板(ban)(ban)下部(bu)為過濾(lv)室(shi),上部(bu)為氣箱脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)除塵器入口處裝有(you)氣流分布(bu)(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)除塵(chen)器灰斗后(hou),由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)流斷(duan)面突然擴大(da)及氣(qi)(qi)流分(fen)布板作(zuo)用(yong),氣(qi)(qi)流中(zhong)一部分(fen)粗(cu)大(da)顆粒(li)在(zai)動(dong)和慣性力作(zuo)用(yong)下沉降(jiang)在(zai)灰斗;粒(li)度細、密度小的塵(chen)粒(li)進入(ru)濾(lv)塵(chen)室后(hou),通(tong)過布朗擴散和篩濾(lv)等組合(he)效應,使粉塵(chen)沉積在(zai)濾(lv)料表面上(shang),凈化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)凈氣(qi)(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的阻(zu)力(li)隨濾(lv)料表(biao)面(mian)粉塵(chen)(chen)層厚度的增加而增大。阻(zu)力(li)達到某(mou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)規定值時進(jin)行清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)。此時PLC程(cheng)序控制脈(mo)沖閥的啟(qi)閉,首先一(yi)(yi)(yi)分室(shi)提升閥關閉,將過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)氣流截斷,然后(hou)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)沖閥開啟(qi),壓縮空氣以及短的時間在上箱(xiang)體內迅速膨脹(zhang),涌入濾(lv)筒(tong),使(shi)濾(lv)筒(tong)膨脹(zhang)變形產(chan)生振動(dong),并在逆向氣流沖刷的作用下,附著在濾(lv)袋外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)上的粉塵(chen)(chen)被(bei)剝離落入灰(hui)斗(dou)中(zhong)。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)沖閥關閉,提升閥打開,該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)各室(shi)依(yi)次(ci)進(jin)行,從一(yi)(yi)(yi)室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開始至下一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)開始為一(yi)(yi)(yi)個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落的粉塵(chen)(chen)掉入灰(hui)斗(dou)內通過(guo)(guo)缷灰(hui)閥排(pai)出。
在此過(guo)程中必須定期對濾筒進(jin)行更換(huan)和(he)清洗,以確(que)保過(guo)濾效果(guo)和(he)精度,因為在過(guo)濾過(guo)程中粉塵除了被阻隔外還(huan)有部分(fen)會沉積于濾料(liao)表面,增大阻力,所(suo)以一般(ban)的正(zheng)確(que)更換(huan)時(shi)間是(shi)三至五個月!
