電磁(ci)閥(fa)(Electromagnetic valve)是用(yong)電磁(ci)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)工業(ye)設備,是用(yong)來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)流體的(de)自動(dong)化基(ji)礎元件,屬(shu)于執(zhi)行(xing)器(qi),并(bing)不限于液壓、氣動(dong)。用(yong)在(zai)工業(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)中調整介質的(de)方(fang)向、流量(liang)、速度(du)(du)和其(qi)他(ta)的(de)參數。電磁(ci)閥(fa)可以配合不同的(de)電路來(lai)實(shi)現(xian)預期的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),而控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)精度(du)(du)和靈活(huo)性(xing)都能夠保證。電磁(ci)閥(fa)有(you)很多(duo)種(zhong),不同的(de)電磁(ci)閥(fa)在(zai)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)不同位置發揮作(zuo)用(yong),最常用(yong)的(de)是單向閥(fa)、安(an)全閥(fa)、方(fang)向控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)、速度(du)(du)調節閥(fa)等。
電磁(ci)閥里有(you)密閉的(de)(de)腔,在(zai)不同(tong)(tong)位(wei)置開有(you)通(tong)孔,每(mei)個孔連接不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)油(you)管(guan),腔中間(jian)是(shi)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai),兩面是(shi)兩塊電磁(ci)鐵(tie),哪面的(de)(de)磁(ci)鐵(tie)線(xian)圈通(tong)電閥體就會被吸(xi)引(yin)到哪邊,通(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)閥體的(de)(de)移動(dong)來(lai)(lai)開啟或關閉不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)孔,而進(jin)油(you)孔是(shi)常開的(de)(de),液壓(ya)油(you)就會進(jin)入(ru)不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)管(guan),然(ran)后通(tong)過油(you)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)來(lai)(lai)推動(dong)油(you)缸的(de)(de)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai),活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)又帶動(dong)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿,活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿帶動(dong)機械裝置。這樣通(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)電磁(ci)鐵(tie)的(de)(de)電流通(tong)斷就控(kong)制(zhi)了機械運(yun)動(dong)。
1、電磁閥從原理上(shang)分為三大類:
直動式電磁閥
原理:通電時(shi),電磁線圈產生電磁力把關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)件從閥座上提(ti)起(qi),閥門打開;斷(duan)電時(shi),電磁力消(xiao)失,彈(dan)簧把關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)件壓在閥座上,閥門關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)。
特點(dian):在真空、負壓(ya)、零壓(ya)時能正常工作,但通徑一般不(bu)超過25mm。
分步直動(dong)式(shi)電磁閥
原(yuan)理(li):它是一種直(zhi)(zhi)動和(he)先(xian)導式相(xiang)結合的(de)原(yuan)理(li),當(dang)入(ru)口(kou)與出口(kou)沒有壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)時,通電(dian)后(hou),電(dian)磁力(li)直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)把先(xian)導小(xiao)閥和(he)主閥關閉(bi)件依次向(xiang)上(shang)提起,閥門打開(kai)。當(dang)入(ru)口(kou)與出口(kou)達到啟動壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)時,通電(dian)后(hou),電(dian)磁力(li)先(xian)導小(xiao)閥,主閥下腔壓(ya)(ya)力(li)上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔壓(ya)(ya)力(li)下降(jiang),從(cong)而利用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)把主閥向(xiang)上(shang)推開(kai);斷電(dian)時,先(xian)導閥利用(yong)彈(dan)簧(huang)力(li)或介質壓(ya)(ya)力(li)推動關閉(bi)件,向(xiang)下移(yi)動,使閥門關閉(bi)。
特(te)點:在(zai)零壓差或真空、高壓時亦能可*動作,但功率較(jiao)大(da),要求必須(xu)水(shui)平(ping)安(an)裝(zhuang)。
先導式(shi)電磁閥(fa)
原理:通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)磁力(li)把(ba)先(xian)導(dao)孔(kong)打開,上(shang)(shang)腔(qiang)室壓力(li)迅(xun)速(su)下(xia)降,在關(guan) 閉(bi)件(jian)周(zhou)圍形(xing)成上(shang)(shang)低下(xia)高的壓差(cha),流體(ti)壓力(li)推動關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向上(shang)(shang)移動,閥(fa)門打開;斷電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),彈簧力(li)把(ba)先(xian)導(dao)孔(kong)關(guan)閉(bi),入口(kou)壓力(li)通(tong)過旁(pang)通(tong)孔(kong)迅(xun)速(su)腔(qiang)室在關(guan)閥(fa)件(jian)周(zhou)圍形(xing)成下(xia)低上(shang)(shang)高的壓差(cha),流體(ti)壓力(li)推動關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向下(xia)移動,關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門。
特(te)點:流體壓力范圍(wei)上限較高,可任意安裝(需定制)但必須(xu)滿足流體壓差條件。
