濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)早在20世紀70年代(dai)就已經在日本和(he)歐美一些國家出(chu)現(xian),具有體積小(xiao),效率(lv)高(gao),投(tou)資省,易維護等(deng)優(you)點(dian),但因其設(she)(she)備容量(liang)小(xiao),難組合(he)成(cheng)大風(feng)量(liang)設(she)(she)備,過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速偏(pian)低(di),應用范圍(wei)窄(zhai),僅在糧食、焊(han)接等(deng)行業(ye)(ye)應用,所(suo)以多年來未能大量(liang)推廣。近年來,隨著新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料不斷(duan)地(di)發展,以日本,美國的(de)公司為代(dai)表,對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)結構和(he)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料進行了改進,使(shi)得濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)廣泛地(di)應用于水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食品、冶金、化工等(deng)工業(ye)(ye)領域,整體容量(liang)增加數倍(bei),成(cheng)為過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積>2000m2大型除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是解決傳統除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集難、過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速高(gao)、清(qing)灰效果差、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋易磨損破漏、運行成(cheng)本高(gao)的(de)上好方案(an),和(he)市場上現(xian)有各種袋式、靜電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)相比具有有效過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積大、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體積小(xiao)、使(shi)用壽命長等(deng)特點(dian),成(cheng)為工業(ye)(ye)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)發展的(de)新(xin)方向。
濾筒式除塵(chen)器的結構是(shi)由進(jin)風管、排風管、箱體(ti)、灰(hui)斗(dou)、清灰(hui)裝置、導(dao)流裝置、氣流分(fen)流分(fen)布(bu)板(ban)、濾筒及電(dian)控(kong)裝置組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋(dai)除塵(chen)結構。
濾筒在(zai)除塵器中的布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)很重要,既可(ke)以垂直布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)箱(xiang)體花板(ban)上,也可(ke)以傾斜(xie)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi) 在(zai)花板(ban)上,從清(qing)灰效果(guo)看,垂直布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)較為合(he)理。花板(ban)下(xia)部為過濾室,上部為氣(qi)(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖室。在(zai)除塵器入口(kou)處裝(zhuang)有氣(qi)(qi)流分布(bu)(bu)板(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入除(chu)塵(chen)器灰(hui)斗(dou)后,由(you)于氣(qi)流(liu)斷面突然擴大(da)及氣(qi)流(liu)分布(bu)板作用(yong),氣(qi)流(liu)中一部分粗(cu)大(da)顆粒(li)在動和慣(guan)性力作用(yong)下沉降在灰(hui)斗(dou);粒(li)度(du)細(xi)、密度(du)小的(de)塵(chen)粒(li)進(jin)入濾塵(chen)室后,通過(guo)布(bu)朗(lang)擴散(san)和篩濾等(deng)組合效應(ying),使粉塵(chen)沉積在濾料(liao)表面上,凈(jing)化后的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入凈(jing)氣(qi)室由(you)排(pai)氣(qi)管經(jing)風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)阻力隨濾(lv)(lv)料表(biao)面粉(fen)塵(chen)層(ceng)厚(hou)度的(de)(de)增加而增大(da)。阻力達(da)到(dao)某一(yi)規定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi)進行清(qing)灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程(cheng)序(xu)控制(zhi)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)(de)啟(qi)閉,首先一(yi)分室提升閥(fa)關閉,將過濾(lv)(lv)氣流截斷,然后電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)開啟(qi),壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣以及短的(de)(de)時(shi)間在上(shang)箱體內迅速膨脹,涌入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)筒,使濾(lv)(lv)筒膨脹變形(xing)產(chan)生(sheng)振動,并在逆(ni)向氣流沖(chong)刷(shua)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下,附著在濾(lv)(lv)袋外表(biao)面上(shang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)被剝(bo)離落入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)斗中。清(qing)灰(hui)完畢后,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)關閉,提升閥(fa)打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)(lv)狀態(tai)。清(qing)灰(hui)各室依次進行,從一(yi)室清(qing)灰(hui)開始至(zhi)下一(yi)次清(qing)灰(hui)開始為一(yi)個清(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)掉(diao)入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)閥(fa)排(pai)出。
在(zai)此過(guo)程中必須定(ding)期對濾(lv)筒進行更換和清洗,以確保過(guo)濾(lv)效果和精度,因為在(zai)過(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)程中粉塵除了(le)被(bei)阻隔外還有(you)部分會沉(chen)積(ji)于濾(lv)料表面,增大阻力,所以一般的(de)正確更換時間(jian)是三至五個月!
