除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),是(shi)把(ba)粉(fen)塵(chen)從(cong)煙氣中分離出來的(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)備叫除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)或除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)設(she)(she)(she)備。除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)性(xing)能用(yong)可處理(li)的(de)(de)氣體量、氣體通過(guo)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)的(de)(de)阻力(li)損失和除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)效率來表達(da)。同時(shi),除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)價格(ge)、運行(xing)和維(wei)護(hu)費(fei)用(yong)、使用(yong)壽命長(chang)短和操(cao)作管理(li)的(de)(de)難易也(ye)是(shi)考慮其性(xing)能的(de)(de)重要因素。除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)鍋爐及(ji)工(gong)業生產(chan)中常用(yong)的(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)。
除塵(chen)器,是把粉塵(chen)從煙氣中分離出(chu)來的設備叫除塵(chen)器或除塵(chen)設備。除塵(chen)器的性能用(yong)可處理的氣體量(liang)、氣體通過除塵(chen)器時的阻力損失和除塵(chen)效率來表達。同時,除塵(chen)器的價格、運行(xing)和維護費用(yong)、使(shi)用(yong)壽命長短和操(cao)作管理的難易也是考(kao)慮(lv)其(qi)性能的重要因(yin)素。除塵(chen)器是鍋爐及工(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產中常用(yong)的設施。
在(zai)各個冒(mao)灰的(de)地方設置吸(xi)塵(chen)罩,通(tong)過管道氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)路將(jiang)含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體輸送到除塵(chen)裝置中(zhong)(zhong),在(zai)其中(zhong)(zhong)進行氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)固(gu)(gu)(gu)分(fen)(fen)離后,將(jiang)粉塵(chen)收集于(yu)該除塵(chen)裝置內,而清潔的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體被(bei)引入總管或直接排入大氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)整套設備(bei),即是(shi)除塵(chen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),而除塵(chen)器(qi)是(shi)該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)重要組部分(fen)(fen)。從(cong)通(tong)風(feng)除塵(chen)的(de)角度(du)看,粉塵(chen)就是(shi)能夠較長時間呈(cheng)浮游狀態存在(zai)于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)一(yi)切固(gu)(gu)(gu)體小顆(ke)粒(li),是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)分(fen)(fen)散體系(xi)(xi),叫做氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溶膠,其中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)分(fen)(fen)散介(jie)質,固(gu)(gu)(gu)體顆(ke)粒(li)為(wei)分(fen)(fen)散相。除塵(chen)器(qi)就是(shi)把這種(zhong)固(gu)(gu)(gu)體小顆(ke)粒(li)從(cong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溶膠中(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)(fen)離出(chu)來(lai)的(de)設備(bei)。
按照作用的原理除塵器可以分為(wei)以下幾種:
1、干式機械除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器,主(zhu)要指應用粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)慣性作(zuo)(zuo)用、重力作(zuo)(zuo)用而(er)設計的(de)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)設備,如沉降室、惰性除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器、旋風(feng)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器等高(gao)濃(nong)度的(de)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器等,主(zhu)要針對高(gao)濃(nong)度粗顆(ke)粒徑(jing)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)分離或濃(nong)集而(er)采用。
2、濕式除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)依靠水力親潤來(lai)分離、捕集(ji)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)顆(ke)粒的除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置,如噴淋塔、洗滌器(qi)、沖擊式除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)、文氏管等,在處理生產過(guo)程中(zhong)發生的高濃度、大風量的含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣體場合采用較多。對較粗(cu)的,親水性粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的分離效率比干式機(ji)械(xie)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)要(yao)高。
3、顆粒層除塵(chen)器(qi)以不同粒度的顆粒材料堆積層為濾料來阻(zu)隔過(guo)濾氣溶中所含(han)粉(fen)塵(chen)的設備。主要用在建材、冶金等生產過(guo)程中的排塵(chen)點,經常是過(guo)濾濃度高、顆粒粗、溫(wen)度較(jiao)高的含(han)塵(chen)煙氣。
4、袋式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器,該過濾(lv)器是以纖(xian)維(wei)織造物(wu)或填(tian)充層為(wei)過濾(lv)介(jie)質的(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)裝置,他的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)途、形式(shi)、除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)風(feng)量規(gui)模和(he)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)效(xiao)率各(ge)方(fang)面都有寬闊的(de)(de)范圍,主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)捕集微細(xi)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)場所(suo),即在(zai)排氣(qi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)系(xi)統上應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),又在(zai)進風(feng)系(xi)統上應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。近年來,由(you)于(yu)新(xin)型濾(lv)材的(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)開發,纖(xian)維(wei)過濾(lv)技術的(de)(de)發展也隨之(zhi)加速,新(xin)產品(pin)的(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)出現,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)領域也日益(yi)的(de)(de)擴寬。
5、電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)該除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是把(ba)含(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣流導(dao)入(ru)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)場,在(zai)高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)場的作(zuo)用下,氣體發生電(dian)(dian)離,產生電(dian)(dian)子和(he)正(zheng)離子,他們分別向正(zheng)負(fu)兩極移(yi)動(dong),當(dang)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)顆(ke)粒在(zai)流經工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)場時負(fu)上電(dian)(dian)荷(he),以一定的速度(du)向與(yu)它們所負(fu)電(dian)(dian)荷(he)符號相反的沉降極板(ban)移(yi)去,并(bing)在(zai)那(nei)里沉降下來,從而脫離開氣流,被收(shou)集于電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)中。這種(zhong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率高(gao),阻力低,維護和(he)管理(li)方(fang)(fang)便。它在(zai)捕集細小的粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)顆(ke)粒方(fang)(fang)面與(yu)袋式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)有(you)異曲同工之效。
