電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)(Electromagnetic valve)是用(yong)(yong)電磁(ci)(ci)控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)工業設備,是用(yong)(yong)來(lai)控制(zhi)(zhi)流體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)自動化基礎元件,屬于(yu)執行器(qi),并不限于(yu)液壓、氣(qi)動。用(yong)(yong)在(zai)工業控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)中(zhong)調整介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)方向(xiang)(xiang)、流量、速度和(he)其他的(de)(de)(de)參(can)數。電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)可(ke)以配合(he)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電路(lu)來(lai)實現預期的(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi),而控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)精度和(he)靈活性都能夠保(bao)證。電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)有很(hen)多種,不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)(fa)在(zai)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)不同(tong)位(wei)置發揮作用(yong)(yong),最常用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)是單向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)、安全(quan)閥(fa)(fa)、方向(xiang)(xiang)控制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)、速度調節閥(fa)(fa)等。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥里有密閉的(de)(de)腔(qiang),在(zai)不(bu)(bu)同位置(zhi)開有通(tong)(tong)孔(kong)(kong),每(mei)個孔(kong)(kong)連接不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)油(you)管,腔(qiang)中間是(shi)(shi)活塞(sai)(sai),兩面(mian)是(shi)(shi)兩塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵,哪(na)面(mian)的(de)(de)磁(ci)鐵線圈通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)閥體就會(hui)(hui)被吸引(yin)到哪(na)邊,通(tong)(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)閥體的(de)(de)移動來開啟或關閉不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)孔(kong)(kong),而進油(you)孔(kong)(kong)是(shi)(shi)常開的(de)(de),液壓油(you)就會(hui)(hui)進入(ru)不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)管,然后通(tong)(tong)過油(you)的(de)(de)壓力來推動油(you)缸的(de)(de)活塞(sai)(sai),活塞(sai)(sai)又(you)帶動活塞(sai)(sai)桿(gan),活塞(sai)(sai)桿(gan)帶動機械裝置(zhi)。這樣(yang)通(tong)(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流通(tong)(tong)斷就控(kong)制(zhi)了機械運動。
1、電磁閥從原(yuan)理上分為三(san)大類(lei):
直動式電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)
原理:通電時,電磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)產(chan)生電磁(ci)力把關(guan)閉(bi)件從閥(fa)座上提起(qi),閥(fa)門打開;斷電時,電磁(ci)力消失,彈簧把關(guan)閉(bi)件壓在閥(fa)座上,閥(fa)門關(guan)閉(bi)。
特(te)點:在(zai)真空、負壓、零壓時(shi)能(neng)正常工(gong)作,但通徑(jing)一般(ban)不超(chao)過(guo)25mm。
分步(bu)直動(dong)式電磁閥(fa)
原理:它是一種直動和(he)先導式(shi)相結合的原理,當入(ru)口與出(chu)口沒有壓差(cha)時(shi),通(tong)電后,電磁(ci)力直接把先導小(xiao)閥(fa)(fa)和(he)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)關閉件依次(ci)向上提起,閥(fa)(fa)門打開。當入(ru)口與出(chu)口達到啟動壓差(cha)時(shi),通(tong)電后,電磁(ci)力先導小(xiao)閥(fa)(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)下(xia)(xia)(xia)腔(qiang)壓力上升,上腔(qiang)壓力下(xia)(xia)(xia)降,從而(er)利(li)用(yong)壓差(cha)把主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)向上推開;斷電時(shi),先導閥(fa)(fa)利(li)用(yong)彈簧力或介(jie)質壓力推動關閉件,向下(xia)(xia)(xia)移(yi)動,使閥(fa)(fa)門關閉。
特點:在零壓差或真空、高壓時亦能可*動作,但(dan)功率較大,要求必須水平(ping)安裝。
先(xian)導式電磁閥
原理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力(li)(li)把先導(dao)孔打開,上(shang)腔室壓(ya)力(li)(li)迅速下(xia)(xia)降,在關(guan) 閉(bi)件周(zhou)圍形成上(shang)低下(xia)(xia)高的(de)壓(ya)差,流體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)(li)推(tui)動(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)件向(xiang)上(shang)移動(dong),閥門打開;斷電(dian)時,彈簧力(li)(li)把先導(dao)孔關(guan)閉(bi),入口壓(ya)力(li)(li)通(tong)過旁通(tong)孔迅速腔室在關(guan)閥件周(zhou)圍形成下(xia)(xia)低上(shang)高的(de)壓(ya)差,流體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)(li)推(tui)動(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)件向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)移動(dong),關(guan)閉(bi)閥門。
特(te)點:流(liu)體壓(ya)力(li)范圍上限較高,可任意安裝(zhuang)(需定制)但(dan)必(bi)須滿足流(liu)體壓(ya)差條(tiao)件。
