濾(lv)(lv)筒式除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器早在20世紀70年(nian)(nian)代(dai)就已經在日本和歐美(mei)一些國(guo)家出現(xian),具(ju)有(you)體積(ji)小,效率高(gao),投資省,易(yi)維護等優點,但因其設備(bei)容量(liang)小,難(nan)組合成大(da)風量(liang)設備(bei),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)風速(su)偏低(di),應用范圍(wei)窄,僅(jin)在糧食(shi)、焊接等行(xing)業(ye)應用,所以多年(nian)(nian)來未能(neng)大(da)量(liang)推(tui)廣。近年(nian)(nian)來,隨著新技(ji)術(shu)、新材料(liao)不斷地(di)發展(zhan)(zhan),以日本,美(mei)國(guo)的(de)公司為代(dai)表,對除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)結構和濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)進行(xing)了改進,使得濾(lv)(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器廣泛地(di)應用于水泥、鋼(gang)鐵(tie)、電力(li)、食(shi)品(pin)、冶(ye)金、化工(gong)等工(gong)業(ye)領域,整體容量(liang)增加(jia)數倍,成為過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大(da)型除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(GB6719-86類(lei)),是(shi)解決傳統(tong)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器對超細粉塵(chen)收集(ji)難(nan)、過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)風速(su)高(gao)、清灰效果差、濾(lv)(lv)袋易(yi)磨損破漏、運行(xing)成本高(gao)的(de)上好方案,和市(shi)場上現(xian)有(you)各種袋式、靜(jing)電除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器相比具(ju)有(you)有(you)效過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)大(da)、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體積(ji)小、使用壽命(ming)長等特(te)點,成為工(gong)業(ye)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)新方向。
濾筒式(shi)除塵器的結(jie)構是由(you)進(jin)風管、排風管、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝置(zhi)、導流裝置(zhi)、氣(qi)流分流分布板、濾筒及電(dian)控裝置(zhi)組成(cheng),類(lei)似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋(dai)除塵結(jie)構。
濾筒在除塵器(qi)中(zhong)的(de)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)很重要(yao),既可以垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在箱體花(hua)板上,也可以傾(qing)斜布(bu)(bu)置(zhi) 在花(hua)板上,從清灰效果看,垂直(zhi)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)較為(wei)(wei)合理(li)。花(hua)板下部為(wei)(wei)過濾室,上部為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)箱脈沖室。在除塵器(qi)入口處裝有氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)板。
含塵氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)除塵器(qi)灰斗后,由(you)于氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面突然(ran)擴(kuo)大及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)分布板作用,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中(zhong)一部分粗(cu)大顆(ke)粒(li)在(zai)(zai)動和慣性力(li)作用下沉降(jiang)在(zai)(zai)灰斗;粒(li)度(du)細、密度(du)小的(de)塵粒(li)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)濾塵室后,通過(guo)布朗擴(kuo)散(san)和篩(shai)濾等組合效應,使粉塵沉積在(zai)(zai)濾料表面上(shang),凈(jing)化(hua)后的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)室由(you)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒式除塵器的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)力(li)隨濾(lv)料表面(mian)粉塵層厚度的(de)(de)(de)增加而增大。阻(zu)力(li)達到某一(yi)(yi)規定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi)進(jin)行清灰(hui)。此(ci)時(shi)PLC程(cheng)序控制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)啟閉,首先一(yi)(yi)分室提升(sheng)閥(fa)關(guan)閉,將過濾(lv)氣(qi)流截斷(duan),然后電(dian)磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)開(kai)啟,壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)以及短的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間在上(shang)箱(xiang)體內迅速膨脹,涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹變形產生振動,并在逆向氣(qi)流沖(chong)刷的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用下,附(fu)著在濾(lv)袋(dai)外表面(mian)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)粉塵被剝(bo)離落入(ru)灰(hui)斗(dou)(dou)中。清灰(hui)完畢后,電(dian)磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)關(guan)閉,提升(sheng)閥(fa)打開(kai),該室又恢復過濾(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)各室依(yi)次(ci)進(jin)行,從一(yi)(yi)室清灰(hui)開(kai)始至(zhi)下一(yi)(yi)次(ci)清灰(hui)開(kai)始為一(yi)(yi)個清灰(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)(de)粉塵掉(diao)入(ru)灰(hui)斗(dou)(dou)內通過缷(xie)灰(hui)閥(fa)排出(chu)。
在(zai)此過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)必(bi)須定期對(dui)濾(lv)筒(tong)進(jin)行更換和(he)清洗,以(yi)確保(bao)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)效果(guo)和(he)精度(du),因為在(zai)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)粉(fen)塵除(chu)了被(bei)阻隔外還有部分(fen)會(hui)沉積(ji)于濾(lv)料表面(mian),增大阻力,所以(yi)一般(ban)的正(zheng)確更換時間是三至五個月!
