本轉輪采(cai)用(yong)(yong)蜂窩(wo)狀(zhuang)沸石吸附(fu)(fu)材料(liao),通過吸附(fu)(fu)濃縮法高效吸附(fu)(fu)廢氣中(zhong)的VOCs,適用(yong)(yong)于低濃度、大風(feng)量的VOCs處理。自本系(xi)統問世(shi)(shi)以來,廣泛應用(yong)(yong)于世(shi)(shi)界(jie)各(ge)國(guo)工(gong)廠的噴涂(tu)、印(yin)刷、半(ban)導體、液晶及(ji)化學等(deng)各(ge)種工(gong)序(xu)中(zhong)。 適用(yong)(yong)的VOCs:苯(ben)、甲苯(ben)、二甲苯(ben)、苯(ben)乙烯、己(ji)烷(wan)、環(huan)己(ji)烷(wan)、MEK、MIBK、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、NMP、THF、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇-1C、丁醇及(ji)各(ge)種氯體系(xi)溶劑等(deng)。
吸附濃(nong)縮原理
含有低(di)濃(nong)度(du)VOCs的廢氣(qi)(qi)通(tong)過蜂窩狀沸(fei)(fei)石時,VOCs成分被(bei)吸(xi)(xi)附在(zai)(zai)沸(fei)(fei)石中(zhong),凈化(hua)后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)體排放(fang)到大氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong),或排放(fang)至室內進行循(xun)環處(chu)理(li),通(tong)過循(xun)環處(chu)理(li),回收熱(re)能(neng)。此時,已(yi)吸(xi)(xi)附VOCs的蜂窩沸(fei)(fei)石連(lian)續旋轉(zhuan),利用(yong)少量的加熱(re)空氣(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)解吸(xi)(xi)附模塊進行解吸(xi)(xi)附再生(sheng),在(zai)(zai)此過程中(zhong),能(neng)夠從(cong)低(di)濃(nong)度(du)的廢氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)得到高(gao)濃(nong)縮氣(qi)(qi)體。
