濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器早(zao)在(zai)20世紀(ji)70年代(dai)就已經在(zai)日本(ben)和歐美一些國家出現,具(ju)有(you)體積小(xiao),效率高,投資省,易維護等優(you)點(dian),但因其設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)容量小(xiao),難(nan)組合成(cheng)(cheng)大風(feng)量設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速(su)偏低(di),應(ying)用(yong)(yong)范(fan)圍(wei)窄(zhai),僅在(zai)糧食(shi)、焊接等行業(ye)應(ying)用(yong)(yong),所(suo)以多(duo)年來未(wei)能大量推廣(guang)。近年來,隨著新(xin)(xin)技術、新(xin)(xin)材(cai)料不斷地發展(zhan),以日本(ben),美國的(de)公司為代(dai)表,對除塵(chen)器的(de)結構(gou)和濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料進(jin)行了改進(jin),使得濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒除塵(chen)器廣(guang)泛地應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)水泥(ni)、鋼鐵、電力、食(shi)品、冶金(jin)、化工(gong)等工(gong)業(ye)領(ling)域,整體容量增(zeng)加數(shu)倍,成(cheng)(cheng)為過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積>2000m2大型除塵(chen)器(GB6719-86類),是(shi)解決傳統除塵(chen)器對超細粉塵(chen)收集(ji)難(nan)、過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速(su)高、清灰效果差、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋易磨損破漏、運行成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)高的(de)上(shang)好方(fang)案,和市場上(shang)現有(you)各種袋式、靜電除塵(chen)器相(xiang)比具(ju)有(you)有(you)效過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積大、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體積小(xiao)、使用(yong)(yong)壽命長等特點(dian),成(cheng)(cheng)為工(gong)業(ye)除塵(chen)器發展(zhan)的(de)新(xin)(xin)方(fang)向。
濾筒式除塵器的結(jie)構是由進風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱(xiang)體、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流(liu)(liu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)布板、濾筒及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成,類似(si)氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖袋(dai)除塵結(jie)構。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器中(zhong)的布置(zhi)很重(zhong)要,既可以垂直(zhi)布置(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)箱體(ti)花(hua)板上(shang),也可以傾斜布置(zhi) 在(zai)(zai)(zai)花(hua)板上(shang),從清灰效(xiao)果看,垂直(zhi)布置(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)板下部為過濾(lv)室(shi),上(shang)部為氣箱脈(mo)沖室(shi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器入口(kou)處裝有氣流分布板。
含塵氣(qi)體進入(ru)除(chu)塵器灰(hui)斗后,由于氣(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突然擴大及氣(qi)流(liu)分布板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)流(liu)中一部分粗大顆粒在(zai)動和慣(guan)性力作(zuo)用下(xia)沉降(jiang)在(zai)灰(hui)斗;粒度細(xi)、密(mi)度小的塵粒進入(ru)濾(lv)塵室后,通過布朗(lang)擴散(san)和篩濾(lv)等組(zu)合效(xiao)應,使(shi)粉塵沉積在(zai)濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后的氣(qi)體進入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)管經風機排(pai)出(chu)。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器的(de)(de)阻力隨濾料(liao)表面(mian)粉(fen)(fen)塵層厚度的(de)(de)增加而增大(da)。阻力達到(dao)某一規定值時進行清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)。此(ci)時PLC程序(xu)控(kong)制脈沖閥(fa)的(de)(de)啟(qi)(qi)閉,首先一分室(shi)提(ti)升閥(fa)關(guan)閉,將過(guo)濾氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)截斷(duan),然后電磁(ci)脈沖閥(fa)開(kai)啟(qi)(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)以及短的(de)(de)時間在上箱體內迅速(su)膨(peng)脹,涌入(ru)(ru)濾筒(tong),使濾筒(tong)膨(peng)脹變形產(chan)生振(zhen)動(dong),并在逆向氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)沖刷的(de)(de)作用下,附(fu)著(zhu)在濾袋外表面(mian)上的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵被剝離落(luo)入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)完(wan)畢(bi)后,電磁(ci)脈沖閥(fa)關(guan)閉,提(ti)升閥(fa)打(da)開(kai),該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)濾狀態(tai)。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依(yi)次(ci)進行,從一室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)至下一次(ci)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)為一個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)周(zhou)期。脫落(luo)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵掉入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通(tong)過(guo)缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。
在此(ci)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)必須定(ding)期對濾(lv)筒進(jin)行更換(huan)和清(qing)洗,以確(que)保過(guo)濾(lv)效果和精度,因為在過(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)粉塵(chen)除(chu)了(le)被阻(zu)隔外還(huan)有部(bu)分(fen)會(hui)沉積于濾(lv)料表面,增大(da)阻(zu)力,所以一(yi)般(ban)的(de)正確(que)更換(huan)時間是(shi)三至五個月(yue)!
