旋風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)是除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置的(de)一類。除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)機理是使(shi)(shi)(shi)含(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)流作旋轉運動,借助于離心力將塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒從氣(qi)流中(zhong)分離并捕集于器(qi)(qi)壁,再(zai)借助重(zhong)力作用使(shi)(shi)(shi)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒落入灰斗(dou)。旋風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)各個(ge)部件都有一定(ding)的(de)尺(chi)寸比例(li),每一個(ge)比例(li)關系(xi)的(de)變動,都能影響旋風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率和壓力損失,其中(zhong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)直徑(jing)、進(jin)氣(qi)口(kou)尺(chi)寸、排(pai)氣(qi)管直徑(jing)為(wei)主要影響因(yin)素。在使(shi)(shi)(shi)用時應注意,當超過(guo)某(mou)一界限時,有利(li)因(yin)素也能轉化為(wei)不利(li)因(yin)素。另外,有的(de)因(yin)素對于提高除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率有利(li),但卻會增加壓力損失,因(yin)而對各因(yin)素的(de)調整必(bi)須兼顧。、
旋風除塵器于1885年(nian)開始使用,已(yi)發展成為(wei)多種形(xing)式(shi)。按氣(qi)(qi)流進(jin)入(ru)方式(shi),可分(fen)為(wei)切(qie)向(xiang)進(jin)入(ru)式(shi)和軸向(xiang)進(jin)入(ru)式(shi)兩類。在相(xiang)同壓(ya)力損失下,后者能(neng)處(chu)理的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體約為(wei)前者的(de)3倍,且氣(qi)(qi)流分(fen)布均勻。
旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)由(you)進氣管(guan)、排氣管(guan)、圓筒體(ti)、圓錐(zhui)體(ti)和灰斗(dou)組(zu)成。旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)結構簡(jian)單,易于(yu)(yu)(yu)制造(zao)(zao)、安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和維護(hu)管(guan)理(li),設(she)備投(tou)資和操作(zuo)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)都較(jiao)低,已(yi)廣(guang)(guang)泛用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)從(cong)(cong)氣流中(zhong)分(fen)離固(gu)體(ti)和液體(ti)粒(li)(li)(li)子(zi),或從(cong)(cong)液體(ti)中(zhong)分(fen)離固(gu)體(ti)粒(li)(li)(li)子(zi)。在(zai)普(pu)通操作(zuo)條件(jian)下,作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)粒(li)(li)(li)子(zi)上(shang)的(de)離心力是(shi)(shi)重力的(de)5~2500倍,所以旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)效(xiao)(xiao)率顯著高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)(yu)重力沉降室。利用(yong)(yong)這一(yi)(yi)個(ge)原理(li)基礎成功研究(jiu)出了(le)一(yi)(yi)款除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率為(wei)百分(fen)之九十以上(shang)的(de)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。在(zai)機械式(shi)(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)中(zhong),旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)式(shi)(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)率較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)。它適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)非黏(nian)性(xing)及非纖維性(xing)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),大多(duo)(duo)用(yong)(yong)來去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)5μm以上(shang)的(de)粒(li)(li)(li)子(zi),并聯的(de)多(duo)(duo)管(guan)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)對3μm的(de)粒(li)(li)(li)子(zi)也具(ju)有80~85%的(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率。選用(yong)(yong)耐高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)、耐磨蝕和腐蝕的(de)特種(zhong)金屬或陶瓷材料構造(zao)(zao)的(de)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),可在(zai)溫(wen)度高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)達1000℃,壓(ya)力達500×105Pa的(de)條件(jian)下操作(zuo)。從(cong)(cong)技術(shu)、經濟諸方面考(kao)慮旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)壓(ya)力損失控制范(fan)圍一(yi)(yi)般為(wei)500~2000Pa。因此,它屬于(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)效(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),且可用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)煙氣的(de)凈化,是(shi)(shi)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),多(duo)(duo)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)鍋爐煙氣除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)、多(duo)(duo)級除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)及預(yu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)。它的(de)主要缺點是(shi)(shi)對細小塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)(li)(<5μm)的(de)去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)效(xiao)(xiao)率較(jiao)低。
