旋(xuan)風除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)是除塵(chen)(chen)裝置的一類。除塵(chen)(chen)機理是使含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)作(zuo)(zuo)旋(xuan)轉運(yun)動,借助(zhu)于離(li)(li)心(xin)力(li)將(jiang)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)從氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中分離(li)(li)并捕集(ji)于器(qi)(qi)壁(bi),再借助(zhu)重(zhong)力(li)作(zuo)(zuo)用使塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)落入灰(hui)斗。旋(xuan)風除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的各(ge)(ge)個部件(jian)都(dou)有一定的尺寸比(bi)例,每一個比(bi)例關系的變動,都(dou)能影響旋(xuan)風除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率(lv)和壓力(li)損失,其中除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)直徑、進氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)尺寸、排氣(qi)(qi)管直徑為主(zhu)要影響因(yin)素(su)。在使用時應注意(yi),當超過某一界(jie)限時,有利因(yin)素(su)也能轉化為不利因(yin)素(su)。另(ling)外,有的因(yin)素(su)對(dui)于提(ti)高除塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)有利,但(dan)卻會增加壓力(li)損失,因(yin)而(er)對(dui)各(ge)(ge)因(yin)素(su)的調整必須兼(jian)顧。、
旋(xuan)風除塵(chen)器于1885年(nian)開(kai)始使用,已發展成為多(duo)種形式(shi)。按氣(qi)流進(jin)入(ru)方(fang)式(shi),可分為切向進(jin)入(ru)式(shi)和軸(zhou)向進(jin)入(ru)式(shi)兩類(lei)。在相同壓力(li)損(sun)失下,后者(zhe)能處理的氣(qi)體約為前(qian)者(zhe)的3倍,且(qie)氣(qi)流分布均(jun)勻。
旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)由進氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)、排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)、圓筒體(ti)、圓錐體(ti)和(he)灰斗組(zu)成。旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)結構簡(jian)單,易于(yu)制造、安裝(zhuang)和(he)維護管(guan)(guan)理,設備投資(zi)和(he)操作費用(yong)(yong)都較(jiao)低,已廣泛用(yong)(yong)于(yu)從氣(qi)(qi)流中(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)固(gu)體(ti)和(he)液體(ti)粒(li)子,或從液體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)固(gu)體(ti)粒(li)子。在普通(tong)操作條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),作用(yong)(yong)于(yu)粒(li)子上(shang)的(de)離(li)(li)心(xin)力(li)是(shi)(shi)重力(li)的(de)5~2500倍,所以旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)顯(xian)著高(gao)于(yu)重力(li)沉降室。利用(yong)(yong)這(zhe)一個原理基礎成功研究(jiu)出了(le)一款除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)為百分(fen)(fen)之九十以上(shang)的(de)旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)。在機械式除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),旋(xuan)風(feng)式除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)一種(zhong)。它(ta)適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)非(fei)黏性(xing)及非(fei)纖維性(xing)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),大多(duo)(duo)用(yong)(yong)來去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)5μm以上(shang)的(de)粒(li)子,并聯的(de)多(duo)(duo)管(guan)(guan)旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)對3μm的(de)粒(li)子也具有80~85%的(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)。選用(yong)(yong)耐(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)、耐(nai)磨蝕(shi)和(he)腐(fu)蝕(shi)的(de)特種(zhong)金屬或陶瓷材料構造的(de)旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),可(ke)在溫(wen)度高(gao)達1000℃,壓力(li)達500×105Pa的(de)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)操作。從技(ji)術(shu)、經濟諸(zhu)方面考慮旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)壓力(li)損失控制范圍一般為500~2000Pa。因此,它(ta)屬于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)效(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),且可(ke)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)高(gao)溫(wen)煙氣(qi)(qi)的(de)凈化,是(shi)(shi)應用(yong)(yong)廣泛的(de)一種(zhong)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),多(duo)(duo)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)鍋爐煙氣(qi)(qi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)、多(duo)(duo)級(ji)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)及預除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)。它(ta)的(de)主要缺點是(shi)(shi)對細小(xiao)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(<5μm)的(de)去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)較(jiao)低。
