本轉輪采用(yong)(yong)蜂(feng)窩狀沸石吸附(fu)材料(liao),通過吸附(fu)濃縮法高效吸附(fu)廢氣中(zhong)的VOCs,適用(yong)(yong)于低濃度、大(da)風量的VOCs處(chu)理(li)。自本系統(tong)問世(shi)以來(lai),廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)于世(shi)界各國(guo)工廠的噴涂、印刷、半(ban)導體、液(ye)晶及(ji)化學等(deng)各種(zhong)工序中(zhong)。 適用(yong)(yong)的VOCs:苯(ben)、甲(jia)苯(ben)、二(er)甲(jia)苯(ben)、苯(ben)乙烯、己烷、環己烷、MEK、MIBK、丙酮(tong)、乙酸乙酯(zhi)、NMP、THF、甲(jia)醇(chun)、乙醇(chun)、丙醇(chun)-1C、丁(ding)醇(chun)及(ji)各種(zhong)氯體系溶劑等(deng)。
吸附濃縮原理(li)
含(han)有低(di)濃度(du)VOCs的廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通(tong)過(guo)蜂窩狀沸(fei)石時,VOCs成(cheng)分(fen)被吸附(fu)在(zai)沸(fei)石中(zhong),凈化后的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)排放到大氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong),或(huo)排放至室內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)循環處理,通(tong)過(guo)循環處理,回收熱(re)(re)能。此時,已吸附(fu)VOCs的蜂窩沸(fei)石連續旋轉(zhuan),利用少量的加熱(re)(re)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)解吸附(fu)模(mo)塊進(jin)(jin)行(xing)解吸附(fu)再生(sheng),在(zai)此過(guo)程中(zhong),能夠(gou)從低(di)濃度(du)的廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)得到高濃縮(suo)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)。
