濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式(shi)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世(shi)紀70年代(dai)就已經在(zai)日本和(he)歐(ou)美(mei)一些國(guo)家出現(xian),具有體積小(xiao),效率高(gao),投資省(sheng),易維護等(deng)優點(dian),但因其設備容(rong)量(liang)小(xiao),難組合成大(da)風量(liang)設備,過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)風速偏低,應(ying)(ying)用范圍窄(zhai),僅在(zai)糧食、焊接(jie)等(deng)行業(ye)應(ying)(ying)用,所以(yi)多年來未能大(da)量(liang)推廣。近年來,隨著(zhu)新(xin)(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)(xin)材(cai)料不斷地(di)發展,以(yi)日本,美(mei)國(guo)的(de)公司為(wei)代(dai)表,對(dui)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)結構和(he)濾(lv)(lv)料進(jin)行了改進(jin),使得濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)廣泛(fan)地(di)應(ying)(ying)用于水泥(ni)、鋼鐵、電(dian)力、食品(pin)、冶金、化工(gong)(gong)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)領域,整體容(rong)量(liang)增(zeng)加數倍,成為(wei)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積>2000m2大(da)型(xing)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)超細粉塵收集(ji)難、過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)風速高(gao)、清灰(hui)效果差、濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)易磨損破漏(lou)、運行成本高(gao)的(de)上好方案,和(he)市場上現(xian)有各種袋(dai)式(shi)、靜(jing)電(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)相比具有有效過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積大(da)、壓差低、低排放、體積小(xiao)、使用壽命長等(deng)特點(dian),成為(wei)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)發展的(de)新(xin)(xin)方向。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器的結構是(shi)由(you)進風管、排風管、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、氣流分(fen)流分(fen)布板(ban)、濾筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)組成,類似氣箱脈(mo)沖(chong)袋除塵結構。
濾筒在除塵器中的布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)很重(zhong)要,既可(ke)以垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在箱體花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上,也(ye)可(ke)以傾斜布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi) 在花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上,從清(qing)灰效果看,垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)較為(wei)合(he)理。花(hua)板(ban)(ban)下部為(wei)過濾室(shi),上部為(wei)氣箱脈(mo)沖室(shi)。在除塵器入(ru)口(kou)處裝(zhuang)有氣流分布(bu)(bu)(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入(ru)除塵(chen)(chen)器灰(hui)斗(dou)后,由(you)(you)于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流斷面(mian)突(tu)然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流分布(bu)板作(zuo)用(yong),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流中一部分粗大顆粒在(zai)動(dong)和慣性(xing)力作(zuo)用(yong)下沉降(jiang)在(zai)灰(hui)斗(dou);粒度(du)細、密(mi)度(du)小的塵(chen)(chen)粒進入(ru)濾塵(chen)(chen)室后,通過布(bu)朗擴散(san)和篩濾等(deng)組合效(xiao)應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)濾料表(biao)面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室由(you)(you)排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管經風機排出。
濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)阻(zu)力隨濾(lv)(lv)料表(biao)面粉塵(chen)(chen)層厚(hou)度的(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻(zu)力達到某一(yi)(yi)規定(ding)值時(shi)進行(xing)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此(ci)時(shi)PLC程序(xu)控(kong)制(zhi)脈沖閥的(de)啟閉,首先一(yi)(yi)分室(shi)提(ti)升閥關閉,將過濾(lv)(lv)氣流(liu)截斷,然后電(dian)磁脈沖閥開啟,壓縮空氣以及(ji)短的(de)時(shi)間(jian)在(zai)上箱體內迅速膨(peng)脹(zhang),涌入(ru)(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)膨(peng)脹(zhang)變形產生振動,并在(zai)逆向氣流(liu)沖刷的(de)作用下(xia)(xia),附著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)袋外表(biao)面上的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)被剝離落入(ru)(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中(zhong)。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電(dian)磁脈沖閥關閉,提(ti)升閥打開,該室(shi)又(you)恢(hui)復過濾(lv)(lv)狀態(tai)。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依(yi)次進行(xing),從一(yi)(yi)室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始至下(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)次清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始為(wei)一(yi)(yi)個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周(zhou)期。脫落的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)掉入(ru)(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通(tong)過缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥排出。
在此(ci)過(guo)程中必須定期(qi)對濾(lv)筒進行(xing)更換和清洗,以(yi)確保過(guo)濾(lv)效果(guo)和精度,因為在過(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)程中粉塵除了(le)被(bei)阻隔外還有部分會沉(chen)積于濾(lv)料表面,增大阻力,所(suo)以(yi)一(yi)般的正確更換時間是三至五個(ge)月!
