旋(xuan)風除塵器(qi)是(shi)除塵裝置的(de)(de)一(yi)類(lei)。除塵機(ji)理是(shi)使含(han)塵氣流作旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)運動,借助于(yu)離心(xin)力(li)(li)將塵粒(li)從氣流中(zhong)分離并捕集于(yu)器(qi)壁(bi),再借助重力(li)(li)作用(yong)使塵粒(li)落入灰(hui)斗。旋(xuan)風除塵器(qi)的(de)(de)各個(ge)部件都有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)尺(chi)寸比例,每一(yi)個(ge)比例關系的(de)(de)變動,都能影響旋(xuan)風除塵器(qi)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)和壓(ya)力(li)(li)損失,其中(zhong)除塵器(qi)直徑、進氣口(kou)尺(chi)寸、排氣管直徑為主要影響因(yin)(yin)素。在使用(yong)時應注意(yi),當超過某一(yi)界限時,有(you)利(li)因(yin)(yin)素也能轉(zhuan)化為不利(li)因(yin)(yin)素。另外,有(you)的(de)(de)因(yin)(yin)素對于(yu)提(ti)高除塵效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)有(you)利(li),但卻會增加壓(ya)力(li)(li)損失,因(yin)(yin)而對各因(yin)(yin)素的(de)(de)調整必須(xu)兼顧。、
旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)器于1885年開始(shi)使用,已發展成為多種(zhong)形式(shi)(shi)。按氣(qi)流進入(ru)方式(shi)(shi),可(ke)分為切向進入(ru)式(shi)(shi)和軸向進入(ru)式(shi)(shi)兩(liang)類(lei)。在(zai)相同(tong)壓(ya)力損失(shi)下,后者(zhe)能處(chu)理(li)的(de)氣(qi)體約為前者(zhe)的(de)3倍,且氣(qi)流分布均勻。
旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是(shi)由進氣(qi)管、排氣(qi)管、圓筒體(ti)、圓錐體(ti)和(he)(he)灰斗組成。旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)結構(gou)簡單(dan),易(yi)于(yu)制造、安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和(he)(he)維(wei)護管理,設(she)備投(tou)資和(he)(he)操(cao)(cao)作費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)都較(jiao)低,已(yi)廣(guang)泛(fan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)從氣(qi)流中(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)離固(gu)體(ti)和(he)(he)液(ye)體(ti)粒子(zi)(zi)(zi),或(huo)從液(ye)體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)離固(gu)體(ti)粒子(zi)(zi)(zi)。在普通操(cao)(cao)作條(tiao)件(jian)下,作用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)粒子(zi)(zi)(zi)上的(de)(de)(de)離心力(li)(li)(li)是(shi)重力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)5~2500倍,所以旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效率(lv)(lv)顯著高于(yu)重力(li)(li)(li)沉降(jiang)室(shi)。利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)這一(yi)個原(yuan)理基(ji)礎成功研究出了一(yi)款(kuan)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)(lv)為百分(fen)之九(jiu)十以上的(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。在機械式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是(shi)效率(lv)(lv)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種。它適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)非黏性及非纖維(wei)性粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)去(qu)(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),大多用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)來去(qu)(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)5μm以上的(de)(de)(de)粒子(zi)(zi)(zi),并聯的(de)(de)(de)多管旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置對3μm的(de)(de)(de)粒子(zi)(zi)(zi)也具有80~85%的(de)(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)(lv)。選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)耐高溫、耐磨(mo)蝕和(he)(he)腐蝕的(de)(de)(de)特種金屬或(huo)陶(tao)瓷(ci)材料構(gou)造的(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),可在溫度高達1000℃,壓力(li)(li)(li)達500×105Pa的(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件(jian)下操(cao)(cao)作。從技術、經(jing)濟諸方面(mian)考慮旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)壓力(li)(li)(li)損失控制范圍一(yi)般為500~2000Pa。因此,它屬于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)效除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),且可用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)高溫煙氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)凈化,是(shi)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),多應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)鍋爐煙氣(qi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)、多級除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)及預(yu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)。它的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)缺點是(shi)對細小塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(<5μm)的(de)(de)(de)去(qu)(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)效率(lv)(lv)較(jiao)低。
