濾(lv)筒式除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)早在(zai)(zai)20世(shi)紀70年(nian)(nian)代就(jiu)已經在(zai)(zai)日(ri)本(ben)和(he)(he)歐美(mei)(mei)一些國家出現,具(ju)有(you)體(ti)(ti)積小,效(xiao)(xiao)率高(gao),投(tou)資省,易維(wei)護等(deng)(deng)優點,但因其設(she)(she)備容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)小,難組合成大(da)風(feng)量(liang)(liang)設(she)(she)備,過濾(lv)風(feng)速偏低,應(ying)(ying)用范圍(wei)窄,僅在(zai)(zai)糧食、焊接等(deng)(deng)行業應(ying)(ying)用,所(suo)以多年(nian)(nian)來(lai)未能大(da)量(liang)(liang)推廣。近年(nian)(nian)來(lai),隨著(zhu)新技術(shu)、新材料不斷地發展(zhan),以日(ri)本(ben),美(mei)(mei)國的公(gong)司為代表,對(dui)(dui)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)的結構和(he)(he)濾(lv)料進行了改進,使得濾(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)廣泛地應(ying)(ying)用于(yu)水泥(ni)、鋼鐵、電力、食品、冶金(jin)、化(hua)工等(deng)(deng)工業領域,整體(ti)(ti)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)增加數倍,成為過濾(lv)面(mian)積>2000m2大(da)型除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳(chuan)統除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)對(dui)(dui)超細粉塵收(shou)集難、過濾(lv)風(feng)速高(gao)、清灰效(xiao)(xiao)果差、濾(lv)袋易磨損破漏(lou)、運行成本(ben)高(gao)的上好(hao)方案,和(he)(he)市場上現有(you)各種(zhong)袋式、靜(jing)電除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)相(xiang)比(bi)具(ju)有(you)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)過濾(lv)面(mian)積大(da)、壓(ya)差低、低排放、體(ti)(ti)積小、使用壽命長等(deng)(deng)特點,成為工業除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)發展(zhan)的新方向。
濾筒(tong)式除塵(chen)器的結構是由(you)進風管、排(pai)風管、箱(xiang)體(ti)、灰(hui)斗、清(qing)灰(hui)裝置、導流(liu)裝置、氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)流(liu)分(fen)布板、濾筒(tong)及電控裝置組成,類似氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈(mo)沖(chong)袋(dai)除塵(chen)結構。
濾筒(tong)在(zai)除塵器(qi)中的布置很重要,既(ji)可(ke)以垂直(zhi)布置在(zai)箱體花(hua)板(ban)上,也可(ke)以傾斜布置 在(zai)花(hua)板(ban)上,從清灰效果看(kan),垂直(zhi)布置較為(wei)合理。花(hua)板(ban)下部為(wei)過(guo)濾室,上部為(wei)氣(qi)箱脈沖室。在(zai)除塵器(qi)入口(kou)處(chu)裝有氣(qi)流(liu)分布板(ban)。
含(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體進入除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)灰斗后,由于氣(qi)流(liu)斷面突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)板作用(yong),氣(qi)流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆粒(li)在動和慣性(xing)力作用(yong)下沉降在灰斗;粒(li)度(du)細、密(mi)度(du)小(xiao)的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)進入濾塵(chen)(chen)(chen)室后,通過布(bu)朗擴散和篩濾等組(zu)合效應(ying),使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)沉積在濾料表(biao)面上,凈化后的(de)(de)氣(qi)體進入凈氣(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)管經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒式除塵器的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)力(li)隨(sui)濾(lv)料表(biao)面粉(fen)塵層厚度的(de)(de)(de)增加而增大。阻(zu)力(li)達到某一(yi)規定值(zhi)時(shi)進行(xing)清灰(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控制脈沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)閉,首先一(yi)分室(shi)提(ti)升(sheng)閥關(guan)閉,將過濾(lv)氣(qi)流截(jie)斷,然后電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥開(kai)啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)以及短的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上(shang)箱體內(nei)迅速膨脹(zhang),涌(yong)入濾(lv)筒,使(shi)濾(lv)筒膨脹(zhang)變形產生振動,并在(zai)逆向氣(qi)流沖(chong)(chong)(chong)刷的(de)(de)(de)作用下,附著(zhu)在(zai)濾(lv)袋外表(biao)面上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵被剝離落(luo)入灰(hui)(hui)斗中(zhong)。清灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥關(guan)閉,提(ti)升(sheng)閥打(da)開(kai),該室(shi)又(you)恢(hui)復(fu)過濾(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依次進行(xing),從一(yi)室(shi)清灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)至下一(yi)次清灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)為(wei)一(yi)個清灰(hui)(hui)周期(qi)。脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵掉入灰(hui)(hui)斗內(nei)通過缷灰(hui)(hui)閥排出(chu)。
在此過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中必須定期對濾筒進行更換和清(qing)洗,以確保過(guo)(guo)濾效果和精度,因為(wei)在過(guo)(guo)濾過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中粉塵除了被阻隔外還有部分(fen)會(hui)沉積于濾料表面,增大阻力,所以一般的正確更換時間是三至五個月(yue)!
