濾筒式除塵(chen)器的結構是由進(jin)風(feng)管(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)、箱(xiang)體(ti)、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、氣流分流分布(bu)板(ban)、濾筒及(ji)電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)組成(cheng),類似氣箱(xiang)脈沖(chong)袋除塵(chen)結構。

濾筒在(zai)除塵(chen)器中的布(bu)置(zhi)很重要,既可(ke)以垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)箱(xiang)體花(hua)(hua)板上,也可(ke)以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)(hua)板上,從清(qing)灰效果看,垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)(hua)板下部為過濾室,上部為氣箱(xiang)脈(mo)沖(chong)室。在(zai)除塵(chen)器入口處裝有氣流分布(bu)板。

含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入除塵(chen)(chen)器灰(hui)斗后,由于氣(qi)流斷面突然擴大及氣(qi)流分布板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)流中一部分粗大顆粒(li)在動和慣性力作(zuo)用下(xia)沉降在灰(hui)斗;粒(li)度細、密度小的塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)進(jin)入濾塵(chen)(chen)室后,通(tong)過布朗擴散和篩濾等組合效(xiao)應(ying),使粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在濾料表面上,凈化后的氣(qi)體(ti)進(jin)入凈氣(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)管(guan)經風機排(pai)出。

濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式(shi)除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)阻(zu)力隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表面粉塵(chen)層厚度的(de)(de)增加而增大。阻(zu)力達到某一(yi)規定值時(shi)進(jin)行清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控(kong)制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)啟閉,首(shou)先一(yi)分室提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,將過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣流截斷,然后電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)開(kai)(kai)啟,壓縮(suo)空氣以及短的(de)(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上(shang)箱(xiang)體內迅速膨脹,涌(yong)入濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒,使(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒膨脹變形產生振動,并在(zai)逆向氣流沖(chong)刷的(de)(de)作用下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋(dai)外表面上(shang)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)被剝離(li)落入灰(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)打開(kai)(kai),該室又(you)恢復過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀態(tai)。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室依次進(jin)行,從一(yi)室清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始至下一(yi)次清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始為一(yi)個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)掉(diao)入灰(hui)(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)排出。
