濾(lv)筒式(shi)除(chu)塵器(qi)的(de)結構(gou)是由進風(feng)管、排(pai)風(feng)管、箱體(ti)、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導(dao)流(liu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾(lv)筒及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成,類(lei)似氣箱脈沖袋除(chu)塵結構(gou)。
濾(lv)筒在(zai)除(chu)塵器中的布(bu)置(zhi)很重要(yao),既可(ke)以垂直布(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)箱體花(hua)板(ban)上(shang),也(ye)可(ke)以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)板(ban)上(shang),從清(qing)灰效果(guo)看,垂直布(bu)置(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)板(ban)下部(bu)為過濾(lv)室,上(shang)部(bu)為氣(qi)箱脈沖室。在(zai)除(chu)塵器入口處裝有氣(qi)流分(fen)布(bu)板(ban)。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入除塵(chen)(chen)器灰斗后(hou),由于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)分布(bu)板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部分粗大顆粒(li)在動和慣性力作(zuo)用下沉降(jiang)在灰斗;粒(li)度(du)(du)細、密度(du)(du)小的塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)進(jin)入濾(lv)塵(chen)(chen)室后(hou),通過布(bu)朗擴散和篩濾(lv)等組合效(xiao)應(ying),使粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入凈氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室由排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管經(jing)風機排出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)阻(zu)力隨濾(lv)料表(biao)面粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)增加(jia)而增大(da)。阻(zu)力達到某(mou)一(yi)規定值時進行清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程(cheng)序控制脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)啟(qi)閉(bi),首(shou)先一(yi)分室(shi)(shi)提升閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),將過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)截斷(duan),然(ran)后(hou)電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)開啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)以及短的(de)時間在(zai)(zai)上箱體(ti)內迅速膨脹,涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)膨脹變形產生振(zhen)動,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)逆向氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)沖(chong)刷的(de)作用(yong)下,附著在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)袋(dai)外表(biao)面上的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)被剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗中(zhong)。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),提升閥(fa)打(da)開,該室(shi)(shi)又恢(hui)復過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依次進行,從(cong)一(yi)室(shi)(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始至下一(yi)次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始為一(yi)個清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期(qi)。脫落的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗內通過(guo)(guo)缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排(pai)出。
在(zai)此過程中必須定(ding)期對濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒進(jin)行更換和清洗,以確保過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)效果和精度,因為(wei)在(zai)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)過程中粉塵除了被阻隔外還有(you)部(bu)分會(hui)沉積于(yu)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表(biao)面,增大(da)阻力,所(suo)以一般的正(zheng)確更換時間(jian)是三至五個月!
