濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世紀70年(nian)代就(jiu)已經在(zai)日本(ben)(ben)和(he)歐美一些國(guo)(guo)家出(chu)現(xian),具(ju)有(you)體積(ji)(ji)小(xiao),效(xiao)(xiao)率高,投(tou)資省,易維護等優點,但因其設備容量小(xiao),難組合成(cheng)大(da)風(feng)量設備,過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速偏低(di),應(ying)用范(fan)圍窄,僅在(zai)糧食、焊接等行(xing)業(ye)應(ying)用,所以(yi)多年(nian)來未能大(da)量推廣。近年(nian)來,隨著新(xin)技術、新(xin)材(cai)料不斷地(di)(di)發(fa)展,以(yi)日本(ben)(ben),美國(guo)(guo)的公司為代表(biao),對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結(jie)構和(he)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料進行(xing)了改進,使(shi)得(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣泛地(di)(di)應(ying)用于水(shui)泥、鋼(gang)鐵、電力(li)、食品、冶(ye)金、化工(gong)等工(gong)業(ye)領域,整體容量增加數倍,成(cheng)為過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)(ji)>2000m2大(da)型除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解(jie)決傳(chuan)統除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集難、過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速高、清灰(hui)效(xiao)(xiao)果差、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋易磨損破漏、運行(xing)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)高的上(shang)好方案,和(he)市場上(shang)現(xian)有(you)各種袋式(shi)、靜(jing)電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具(ju)有(you)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)(ji)大(da)、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放(fang)、體積(ji)(ji)小(xiao)、使(shi)用壽命長等特點,成(cheng)為工(gong)業(ye)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)發(fa)展的新(xin)方向(xiang)。
濾筒式除塵器的結構(gou)是由進(jin)風管、排風管、箱體、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)置、導流裝(zhuang)置、氣流分流分布(bu)板、濾筒及電控(kong)裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵結構(gou)。
濾筒在除(chu)塵器中的(de)布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)很重(zhong)要,既(ji)可以(yi)垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在箱體(ti)花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上,也可以(yi)傾斜布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi) 在花(hua)板(ban)(ban)上,從清灰效果看,垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)較為合(he)理。花(hua)板(ban)(ban)下(xia)部為過(guo)濾室(shi),上部為氣箱脈沖室(shi)。在除(chu)塵器入口處裝有氣流分布(bu)(bu)(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體進入除塵(chen)器灰斗后,由于氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)分布板作用,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部分粗大顆(ke)粒在動和慣性力作用下沉降(jiang)在灰斗;粒度(du)細、密度(du)小的塵(chen)粒進入濾(lv)塵(chen)室(shi)后,通過布朗(lang)擴散和篩(shai)濾(lv)等組合效(xiao)應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)沉積在濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈化后的氣(qi)(qi)體進入凈氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)由排氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)除(chu)塵器的(de)(de)阻(zu)力隨(sui)濾(lv)料表面粉塵層厚度的(de)(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻(zu)力達到某一(yi)(yi)規(gui)定(ding)值時進行清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序(xu)控制(zhi)脈沖閥(fa)的(de)(de)啟(qi)閉,首先一(yi)(yi)分(fen)室提升閥(fa)關(guan)閉,將過濾(lv)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)截斷,然后電磁脈沖閥(fa)開(kai)(kai)啟(qi),壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)以及短的(de)(de)時間在上箱體內迅(xun)速膨脹(zhang),涌入濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong),使(shi)濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)膨脹(zhang)變形(xing)產生振(zhen)動,并在逆向氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)沖刷的(de)(de)作用下,附著(zhu)在濾(lv)袋外表面上的(de)(de)粉塵被(bei)剝離落(luo)入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中(zhong)。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁脈沖閥(fa)關(guan)閉,提升閥(fa)打開(kai)(kai),該室又恢(hui)復過濾(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室依次(ci)進行,從一(yi)(yi)室清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)至下一(yi)(yi)次(ci)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)為一(yi)(yi)個清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)(de)粉塵掉入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通過缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出(chu)。
在(zai)此過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)必須定期對濾(lv)筒進行更換和(he)清洗,以(yi)確(que)保過(guo)濾(lv)效(xiao)果和(he)精度,因(yin)為在(zai)過(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)粉塵(chen)除了被阻隔外還有部分會(hui)沉(chen)積于濾(lv)料表面,增大阻力(li),所以(yi)一(yi)般(ban)的正確(que)更換時(shi)間(jian)是三至五個月!
