濾筒式(shi)除塵器(qi)的結構(gou)是由(you)進風管、排(pai)風管、箱(xiang)體、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)置、導流(liu)裝(zhuang)置、氣流(liu)分流(liu)分布(bu)板(ban)、濾筒及電控裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣箱(xiang)脈沖袋除塵結構(gou)。

濾筒在除(chu)塵(chen)器中的布置(zhi)(zhi)很重要(yao),既可(ke)以垂(chui)直(zhi)布置(zhi)(zhi)在箱(xiang)體花(hua)板上(shang),也可(ke)以傾斜布置(zhi)(zhi) 在花(hua)板上(shang),從(cong)清灰(hui)效果看(kan),垂(chui)直(zhi)布置(zhi)(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)板下(xia)部為過濾室(shi),上(shang)部為氣箱(xiang)脈沖室(shi)。在除(chu)塵(chen)器入口(kou)處裝有(you)氣流分布板。

含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器灰斗(dou)后,由于氣(qi)流(liu)斷面突然(ran)擴(kuo)大及(ji)氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布板(ban)作用(yong),氣(qi)流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆粒(li)(li)在動(dong)和(he)慣性力作用(yong)下(xia)沉降(jiang)在灰斗(dou);粒(li)(li)度(du)細、密(mi)度(du)小的塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)進(jin)入(ru)濾(lv)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)室后,通過布朗擴(kuo)散和(he)篩濾(lv)等組合(he)效應(ying),使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)沉積在濾(lv)料表(biao)面上,凈(jing)化后的氣(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)室由排氣(qi)管(guan)經風(feng)機(ji)排出。

濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)阻力隨濾(lv)料(liao)表面(mian)粉塵(chen)層厚(hou)度的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加而(er)增(zeng)大。阻力達到(dao)某一規定(ding)值(zhi)時進行清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程(cheng)序(xu)控制脈(mo)沖閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)啟閉,首先一分室(shi)提升閥(fa)關閉,將過(guo)濾(lv)氣(qi)(qi)流截斷,然后電磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)開(kai)啟,壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣(qi)(qi)以(yi)及(ji)短(duan)的(de)(de)(de)時間(jian)在上箱(xiang)體內迅(xun)速膨(peng)脹,涌入濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong),使(shi)濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)膨(peng)脹變形產(chan)生振動(dong),并在逆向氣(qi)(qi)流沖刷(shua)的(de)(de)(de)作用下(xia),附著(zhu)在濾(lv)袋外(wai)表面(mian)上的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)被(bei)剝離落入灰(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)關閉,提升閥(fa)打開(kai),該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)濾(lv)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依次進行,從一室(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)至下(xia)一次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)為一個清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫(tuo)落的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)掉入灰(hui)(hui)斗內通過(guo)缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出(chu)。

在此過(guo)(guo)程中必須定(ding)期對濾(lv)筒進行更(geng)換和(he)清洗,以確保過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)效(xiao)果(guo)和(he)精度,因(yin)為在過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)(guo)程中粉塵除了被阻(zu)隔外還有部分(fen)會沉積(ji)于濾(lv)料表面(mian),增大阻(zu)力,所以一般的正確更(geng)換時間是三至五個月!
