濾筒式(shi)除(chu)塵器(qi)的結構(gou)是由(you)進風(feng)管、排(pai)風(feng)管、箱(xiang)體、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、導(dao)流裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流分(fen)流分(fen)布板、濾筒及電控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)組成,類似氣箱(xiang)脈沖(chong)袋除(chu)塵結構(gou)。
濾(lv)(lv)筒在(zai)(zai)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)中的布置很重(zhong)要,既可以垂直(zhi)布置在(zai)(zai)箱體花板上(shang),也可以傾斜布置 在(zai)(zai)花板上(shang),從(cong)清灰效果看,垂直(zhi)布置較為合理。花板下(xia)部(bu)為過濾(lv)(lv)室(shi),上(shang)部(bu)為氣箱脈沖(chong)室(shi)。在(zai)(zai)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)入口處裝(zhuang)有氣流分布板。
含塵氣(qi)體進入除(chu)塵器灰斗后,由(you)于氣(qi)流斷面突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)流分布板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)流中一部分粗(cu)大顆粒在(zai)動和慣(guan)性力作(zuo)用下沉降在(zai)灰斗;粒度(du)細、密(mi)度(du)小(xiao)的塵粒進入濾(lv)塵室(shi)后,通(tong)過布朗(lang)擴散(san)和篩濾(lv)等(deng)組合效應,使粉(fen)塵沉積(ji)在(zai)濾(lv)料表(biao)面上(shang),凈化(hua)后的氣(qi)體進入凈氣(qi)室(shi)由(you)排(pai)氣(qi)管(guan)經風機排(pai)出(chu)。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)阻(zu)力(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表面粉塵(chen)層(ceng)厚(hou)度的(de)增加(jia)而增大(da)。阻(zu)力(li)達(da)到(dao)某一規定值時(shi)(shi)進(jin)行清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)(shi)PLC程序控制脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)啟閉,首(shou)先(xian)一分室(shi)提升閥(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉,將過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)截斷,然后電磁(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)開(kai)啟,壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)以及短的(de)時(shi)(shi)間在(zai)上(shang)箱體內迅速膨(peng)脹,涌(yong)入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)膨(peng)脹變形產(chan)生振動,并(bing)在(zai)逆(ni)向氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)沖(chong)刷的(de)作用(yong)下(xia),附(fu)著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋外表面上(shang)的(de)粉塵(chen)被剝離落入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉,提升閥(fa)打開(kai),該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀態(tai)。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依次(ci)進(jin)行,從一室(shi)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始至下(xia)一次(ci)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始為一個清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)粉塵(chen)掉入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通過(guo)缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。
在(zai)此(ci)過(guo)程(cheng)中必須(xu)定期對濾(lv)筒(tong)進行更換和(he)清洗(xi),以確保過(guo)濾(lv)效果和(he)精度(du),因為在(zai)過(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)程(cheng)中粉塵除了被(bei)阻(zu)隔外還(huan)有部分會(hui)沉積(ji)于濾(lv)料(liao)表面(mian),增大阻(zu)力,所(suo)以一(yi)般(ban)的正確更換時(shi)間是三至五個月!
