濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)早在20世(shi)紀70年代就已(yi)經在日本和(he)(he)歐美(mei)一些國家出現,具(ju)有(you)體積小,效率高(gao),投資省(sheng),易維護(hu)等(deng)優點,但因其設(she)備容(rong)量(liang)(liang)小,難組(zu)合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)大風(feng)量(liang)(liang)設(she)備,過濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)(su)偏(pian)低(di),應用范圍窄(zhai),僅在糧食(shi)、焊接(jie)等(deng)行業應用,所以多年來未能大量(liang)(liang)推廣。近(jin)年來,隨著(zhu)新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)材(cai)料不斷地(di)發展,以日本,美(mei)國的(de)公司(si)為代表(biao),對除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)結構(gou)和(he)(he)濾(lv)料進行了(le)改進,使(shi)得濾(lv)筒(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)廣泛地(di)應用于(yu)水泥、鋼鐵、電力(li)、食(shi)品、冶金、化工(gong)(gong)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)業領域(yu),整體容(rong)量(liang)(liang)增加數倍,成(cheng)(cheng)為過濾(lv)面積>2000m2大型除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是(shi)解決(jue)傳統除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)對超細(xi)粉塵收集(ji)難、過濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)(su)高(gao)、清灰效果差、濾(lv)袋易磨損破漏、運行成(cheng)(cheng)本高(gao)的(de)上好方案,和(he)(he)市(shi)場上現有(you)各種袋式、靜電除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)比具(ju)有(you)有(you)效過濾(lv)面積大、壓差低(di)、低(di)排(pai)放、體積小、使(shi)用壽(shou)命長(chang)等(deng)特點,成(cheng)(cheng)為工(gong)(gong)業除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)發展的(de)新(xin)方向。
濾(lv)筒式除塵器的結(jie)構是(shi)由進風(feng)管(guan)(guan)、排(pai)風(feng)管(guan)(guan)、箱(xiang)體、灰斗(dou)、清灰裝(zhuang)置、導流裝(zhuang)置、氣流分(fen)流分(fen)布(bu)板、濾(lv)筒及電控裝(zhuang)置組(zu)成,類似(si)氣箱(xiang)脈沖袋除塵結(jie)構。
濾筒(tong)在(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器中的布置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可以垂直布置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體(ti)花(hua)板(ban)上,也可以傾斜布置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)板(ban)上,從(cong)清(qing)灰效(xiao)果看,垂直布置(zhi)(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)板(ban)下部為過濾室(shi),上部為氣箱脈沖室(shi)。在(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)器入(ru)口處裝有(you)氣流分布板(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入除塵(chen)器(qi)灰(hui)斗后,由于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突(tu)然擴大(da)及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布板作用,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)中(zhong)一部分(fen)粗(cu)大(da)顆粒(li)在動和慣性(xing)力作用下沉降在灰(hui)斗;粒(li)度(du)細、密度(du)小的塵(chen)粒(li)進(jin)入濾塵(chen)室后,通過布朗擴散(san)和篩(shai)濾等組合效應(ying),使粉塵(chen)沉積(ji)在濾料表面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室由排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)經風機(ji)排出。
濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除塵器的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)力隨濾(lv)(lv)料表面粉(fen)塵層厚度的(de)(de)(de)(de)增加而增大。阻(zu)力達到(dao)某(mou)一規定值時進(jin)(jin)行(xing)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此(ci)時PLC程序(xu)控制(zhi)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟閉(bi),首先一分室提(ti)升閥(fa)關閉(bi),將過濾(lv)(lv)氣流截斷,然(ran)后電磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)開(kai)(kai)啟,壓縮空氣以及短的(de)(de)(de)(de)時間(jian)在上(shang)箱體內迅速膨脹,涌入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)膨脹變形產(chan)生(sheng)振(zhen)動,并在逆向(xiang)氣流沖(chong)刷的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用下(xia),附著在濾(lv)(lv)袋外表面上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵被(bei)剝離落(luo)入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完(wan)畢后,電磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)關閉(bi),提(ti)升閥(fa)打(da)開(kai)(kai),該室又恢復過濾(lv)(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室依次進(jin)(jin)行(xing),從一室清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始至(zhi)下(xia)一次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始為一個清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵掉入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗內通(tong)過缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。
在(zai)此過(guo)程中(zhong)必(bi)須(xu)定期對濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)進行更換和(he)清洗,以確保(bao)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)效果和(he)精度,因為(wei)在(zai)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)程中(zhong)粉塵除了被阻隔外還有部分會沉積于(yu)濾(lv)(lv)料表面,增(zeng)大阻力(li),所以一般的正確更換時間是三(san)至五個月!
