1.根據除塵效(xiao)率的要(yao)求
所選除(chu)塵器(qi)必須滿足排放標準的要求。

袋(dai)式除(chu)塵(chen)器的阻(zu)力比電除(chu)塵(chen)器的阻(zu)力大,但(dan)從(cong)除(chu)塵(chen)器整體能耗來對比,兩(liang)者能耗相差不大。

粉塵具有回收(shou)價值時,宜采(cai)用(yong)(yong)干法除(chu)塵;當粉塵具有很(hen)高的回收(shou)價值時,宜采(cai)用(yong)(yong)袋(dai)式除(chu)塵器;當凈(jing)化(hua)后的氣體需要回收(shou)利(li)用(yong)(yong)或凈(jing)化(hua)后的空氣需要再(zai)循環(huan)利(li)用(yong)(yong)時,宜采(cai)用(yong)(yong)高效袋(dai)式除(chu)塵器。
