濾(lv)筒式(shi)(shi)除塵器(qi)早在(zai)20世(shi)紀70年(nian)代就已經在(zai)日(ri)本和(he)歐美(mei)一(yi)些(xie)國(guo)家出現,具(ju)(ju)有(you)體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao),效率高,投資省,易(yi)維護等(deng)(deng)優點,但因其設(she)備(bei)容(rong)量(liang)小(xiao),難(nan)(nan)組合成(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)風量(liang)設(she)備(bei),過濾(lv)風速偏低,應(ying)用范圍窄,僅在(zai)糧食、焊(han)接等(deng)(deng)行(xing)業(ye)應(ying)用,所(suo)以多年(nian)來未能大(da)(da)(da)(da)量(liang)推廣。近年(nian)來,隨(sui)著新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料不斷地(di)發展,以日(ri)本,美(mei)國(guo)的公司為代表,對除塵器(qi)的結(jie)構和(he)濾(lv)料進行(xing)了改進,使得濾(lv)筒除塵器(qi)廣泛地(di)應(ying)用于水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食品、冶(ye)金、化工(gong)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)業(ye)領域,整體(ti)容(rong)量(liang)增加(jia)數倍,成(cheng)為過濾(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大(da)(da)(da)(da)型除塵器(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是解決(jue)傳統除塵器(qi)對超細(xi)粉(fen)塵收集難(nan)(nan)、過濾(lv)風速高、清灰(hui)效果差、濾(lv)袋(dai)易(yi)磨(mo)損破漏、運行(xing)成(cheng)本高的上好(hao)方(fang)案,和(he)市(shi)場上現有(you)各種袋(dai)式(shi)(shi)、靜電除塵器(qi)相比(bi)具(ju)(ju)有(you)有(you)效過濾(lv)面積(ji)大(da)(da)(da)(da)、壓差低、低排(pai)放、體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)、使用壽(shou)命長等(deng)(deng)特點,成(cheng)為工(gong)業(ye)除塵器(qi)發展的新(xin)方(fang)向。
濾筒式除塵器(qi)的結(jie)(jie)構(gou)是由進風(feng)(feng)管(guan)、排(pai)風(feng)(feng)管(guan)、箱(xiang)體、灰斗、清灰裝置(zhi)、導流裝置(zhi)、氣流分流分布板、濾筒及電控(kong)裝置(zhi)組成,類(lei)似氣箱(xiang)脈沖袋除塵結(jie)(jie)構(gou)。
濾筒在(zai)(zai)除塵器(qi)中的布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要(yao),既可(ke)以垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)(zai)箱體花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上(shang)(shang),也可(ke)以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)(zai)花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上(shang)(shang),從清灰效(xiao)果看(kan),垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較為合(he)理。花(hua)(hua)板(ban)下部(bu)為過(guo)濾室,上(shang)(shang)部(bu)為氣(qi)箱脈(mo)沖(chong)室。在(zai)(zai)除塵器(qi)入口(kou)處裝有氣(qi)流分布(bu)板(ban)。
含(han)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)進入除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)灰斗后(hou)(hou),由(you)于(yu)氣(qi)流斷面(mian)突(tu)然擴大(da)及氣(qi)流分布板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)流中一部分粗大(da)顆粒在(zai)(zai)動(dong)和慣性(xing)力作(zuo)用下沉降在(zai)(zai)灰斗;粒度(du)細、密度(du)小的塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒進入濾(lv)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)室后(hou)(hou),通過布朗擴散和篩濾(lv)等組合效應,使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈化(hua)后(hou)(hou)的氣(qi)體(ti)進入凈氣(qi)室由(you)排(pai)氣(qi)管經風(feng)機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)式除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)阻力隨濾(lv)料表面粉塵(chen)(chen)層厚度的(de)增加(jia)而(er)增大。阻力達(da)到(dao)某一規(gui)定(ding)值時(shi)(shi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)(shi)PLC程序控制脈沖閥的(de)啟(qi)閉(bi),首先一分室(shi)(shi)提(ti)升閥關閉(bi),將過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)氣(qi)流(liu)截斷(duan),然后電磁脈沖閥開啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)以及短(duan)的(de)時(shi)(shi)間在上箱體(ti)內迅速膨脹,涌(yong)入(ru)濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)(tong)膨脹變形產生(sheng)振動,并在逆向氣(qi)流(liu)沖刷的(de)作用下,附著在濾(lv)袋外表面上的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)被剝離(li)落入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁脈沖閥關閉(bi),提(ti)升閥打開,該室(shi)(shi)又恢復過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)狀(zhuang)態。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依次(ci)進(jin)(jin)行(xing),從一室(shi)(shi)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始至下一次(ci)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始為(wei)一個清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期(qi)。脫落的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通過(guo)(guo)缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥排出。
在此過程中必須定(ding)期對濾(lv)筒進行更換和清洗(xi),以(yi)確(que)保過濾(lv)效果(guo)和精度(du),因為在過濾(lv)過程中粉塵(chen)除了被阻隔外還有部分會(hui)沉積于(yu)濾(lv)料表面,增(zeng)大(da)阻力(li),所以(yi)一般的正確(que)更換時間是三(san)至五個月(yue)!
