濾筒式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)早(zao)在20世紀70年(nian)(nian)代(dai)就已經在日本(ben)和歐美一些國家出現,具(ju)有(you)體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao),效率高,投資(zi)省,易(yi)維(wei)護(hu)等(deng)優點,但因其設(she)備(bei)(bei)容量(liang)(liang)小(xiao)(xiao),難組(zu)合成(cheng)大(da)風(feng)(feng)量(liang)(liang)設(she)備(bei)(bei),過(guo)濾風(feng)(feng)速偏低(di),應(ying)用范圍窄(zhai),僅在糧食(shi)(shi)、焊接等(deng)行業應(ying)用,所以多年(nian)(nian)來(lai)未能大(da)量(liang)(liang)推廣。近(jin)年(nian)(nian)來(lai),隨著新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料(liao)不斷地(di)發展,以日本(ben),美國的公(gong)司為(wei)(wei)代(dai)表,對(dui)(dui)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的結(jie)構和濾料(liao)進行了改進,使(shi)得(de)濾筒除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)廣泛(fan)地(di)應(ying)用于水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食(shi)(shi)品、冶金、化工(gong)等(deng)工(gong)業領(ling)域,整體(ti)容量(liang)(liang)增(zeng)加數倍(bei),成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)>2000m2大(da)型除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)(dui)超細粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)收(shou)集難、過(guo)濾風(feng)(feng)速高、清(qing)灰(hui)效果差、濾袋(dai)易(yi)磨損破漏(lou)、運行成(cheng)本(ben)高的上好(hao)方案,和市場上現有(you)各種袋(dai)式、靜電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相比具(ju)有(you)有(you)效過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)大(da)、壓差低(di)、低(di)排放、體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao)、使(shi)用壽(shou)命長等(deng)特(te)點,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)工(gong)業除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發展的新(xin)方向。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器(qi)的結構(gou)是由進風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱體(ti)、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝置、導流裝置、氣流分流分布板(ban)、濾筒(tong)及電控裝置組(zu)成(cheng),類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵結構(gou)。
濾筒在除塵器(qi)中的布(bu)置很(hen)重要,既可以垂直(zhi)布(bu)置在箱(xiang)體花(hua)板(ban)上,也可以傾(qing)斜(xie)布(bu)置 在花(hua)板(ban)上,從清灰效(xiao)果看,垂直(zhi)布(bu)置較為(wei)合(he)理。花(hua)板(ban)下部(bu)為(wei)過濾室,上部(bu)為(wei)氣箱(xiang)脈沖室。在除塵器(qi)入口處裝有(you)氣流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)板(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入除塵(chen)器灰斗(dou)后(hou),由于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面突然擴大及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)板作用,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆粒(li)在(zai)動和慣性(xing)力作用下沉降(jiang)在(zai)灰斗(dou);粒(li)度細、密度小的塵(chen)粒(li)進入濾塵(chen)室后(hou),通過(guo)布(bu)朗擴散和篩濾等組合效應(ying),使粉塵(chen)沉積在(zai)濾料表面上,凈(jing)化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體進入凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室由排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管經風(feng)機排(pai)(pai)出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵器的(de)阻力隨(sui)濾(lv)料表面粉塵層厚(hou)度的(de)增加(jia)而增大(da)。阻力達到某一(yi)規定值時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此(ci)時(shi)PLC程序控制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)啟閉,首先(xian)一(yi)分室(shi)(shi)提升閥(fa)(fa)關閉,將過濾(lv)氣流截(jie)斷(duan),然后(hou)電(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)開啟,壓(ya)縮空氣以(yi)及(ji)短的(de)時(shi)間在(zai)(zai)上(shang)箱體(ti)內迅(xun)速膨(peng)脹,涌入濾(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)膨(peng)脹變(bian)形產生振動,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)逆向氣流沖(chong)刷的(de)作用(yong)下,附(fu)著在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)袋外表面上(shang)的(de)粉塵被剝離落(luo)入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)關閉,提升閥(fa)(fa)打開,該(gai)室(shi)(shi)又恢復過濾(lv)狀(zhuang)態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依次(ci)進(jin)行(xing),從一(yi)室(shi)(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始(shi)至下一(yi)次(ci)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始(shi)為一(yi)個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期(qi)。脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)粉塵掉入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通過缷灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)排出。
在此過(guo)程中必(bi)須定期對濾筒(tong)進行(xing)更(geng)換和清洗,以確(que)保過(guo)濾效果(guo)和精度,因為在過(guo)濾過(guo)程中粉塵除了被(bei)阻隔(ge)外(wai)還有部分會沉積于濾料表(biao)面(mian),增大阻力,所(suo)以一般的正確(que)更(geng)換時間是(shi)三至五(wu)個月!
