洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)塔(ta)是一種(zhong)新(xin)型的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)凈化(hua)(hua)處(chu)理(li)設備。它是在(zai)可浮動填料層氣(qi)體(ti)凈化(hua)(hua)器的(de)基礎上(shang)改進而產生的(de),廣泛應用于工業廢氣(qi)凈化(hua)(hua)、除塵等方(fang)面的(de)前處(chu)理(li),凈化(hua)(hua)效果(guo)很好。對煤氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)工藝來說,煤氣(qi)洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)不可避免(mian),無論什么(me)煤氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)技(ji)術都用到這一單元操(cao)作(zuo)。由于其工作(zuo)原理(li)類似洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)過程,故(gu)名(ming)洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)塔(ta)。
洗滌(di)(di)塔(ta)與精餾塔(ta)類(lei)似,由塔(ta)體(ti),塔(ta)板(ban),再沸(fei)器,冷凝器組(zu)成(cheng)。由于洗滌(di)(di)塔(ta)是(shi)進行粗分(fen)(fen)離的設(she)備,所(suo)以塔(ta)板(ban)數量(liang)一般較少,通常不(bu)會(hui)超(chao)過(guo)十級(ji)。 洗滌(di)(di)塔(ta)適用于含有(you)少量(liang)粉(fen)塵(chen)的混合(he)氣體(ti)分(fen)(fen)離,各組(zu)分(fen)(fen)不(bu)會(hui)發生反應(ying),且產(chan)(chan)物應(ying)容易液(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua),粉(fen)塵(chen)等雜質(zhi)(zhi)(也可(ke)以稱之為高(gao)沸(fei)物)不(bu)易液(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)或凝固(gu)(gu)。當混合(he)氣從洗滌(di)(di)塔(ta)中(zhong)部(bu)通入洗滌(di)(di)塔(ta),由于塔(ta)板(ban)間存在產(chan)(chan)物組(zu)分(fen)(fen)液(ye)(ye)體(ti),產(chan)(chan)物組(zu)分(fen)(fen)氣體(ti)液(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)的同(tong)時(shi)蒸發部(bu)分(fen)(fen),而雜質(zhi)(zhi)由于不(bu)能(neng)被(bei)液(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)或凝固(gu)(gu),當通過(guo)有(you)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)存在的塔(ta)板(ban)時(shi)將(jiang)會(hui)被(bei)產(chan)(chan)物組(zu)分(fen)(fen)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)固(gu)(gu)定下來,產(chan)(chan)生洗滌(di)(di)作(zuo)用,洗滌(di)(di)塔(ta)就是(shi)根據這一原理(li)設(she)計和制造的。
洗滌塔由(you)塔體、塔板、再沸器(qi)(qi)和冷(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)組成。在使用過程中(zhong)再沸器(qi)(qi)一般
用(yong)蒸(zheng)汽加(jia)熱(re),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)循環水導熱(re)。在使(shi)用(yong)前應(ying)建立平衡(heng),即通入(ru)(ru)較純的(de)產物(wu)組分用(yong)蒸(zheng)汽和冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)水調(diao)節其蒸(zheng)發量(liang)和回流(liu)量(liang),使(shi)其能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)在塔(ta)(ta)板(ban)上(shang)(shang)(shang)積累一(yi)定厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti),當(dang)混合氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)組分通入(ru)(ru)時(shi)就能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)迅速起(qi)到(dao)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)作用(yong)。在使(shi)用(yong)過程中(zhong)要控(kong)(kong)制好(hao)一(yi)個(ge)液(ye)(ye)(ye)位,兩個(ge)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)和兩個(ge)壓(ya)(ya)差等幾個(ge)要點。即洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)塔(ta)(ta)液(ye)(ye)(ye)位,氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)口溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du),塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du),塔(ta)(ta)間壓(ya)(ya)差(洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)塔(ta)(ta)進(jin)(jin)口壓(ya)(ya)力與(yu)塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)壓(ya)(ya)力之差),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)差(塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)與(yu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出口壓(ya)(ya)力之差)。一(yi)般(ban)來說(shuo),氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)口溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)越高(gao)(gao)越好(hao),可以(yi)防(fang)止(zhi)雜質(zhi)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)固或液(ye)(ye)(ye)化不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)塔(ta)(ta),但(dan)(dan)是也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)太高(gao)(gao),以(yi)防(fang)系統因溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)過高(gao)(gao)而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)易控(kong)(kong)制。控(kong)(kong)制溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)同時(shi)還需(xu)保證氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流(liu)速,即進(jin)(jin)口的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)太小(xiao),以(yi)便粉塵(chen)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)塔(ta)(ta)。混合氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)通入(ru)(ru)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)塔(ta)(ta)后,部分氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)會冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)成(cheng)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)而(er)(er)留(liu)在塔(ta)(ta)釜,調(diao)節再沸(fei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)使(shi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)向上(shang)(shang)(shang)蒸(zheng)發,再調(diao)節冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)使(shi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)回流(liu)至塔(ta)(ta)板(ban),形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)平衡(heng)。由(you)于塔(ta)(ta)板(ban)上(shang)(shang)(shang)有一(yi)定厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti),所以(yi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)塔(ta)(ta)塔(ta)(ta)間會有一(yi)定壓(ya)(ya)差,調(diao)節再沸(fei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)應(ying)盡量(liang)使(shi)壓(ya)(ya)差保持恒定才能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)平衡(heng)。調(diao)節塔(ta)(ta)頂(ding)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)時(shi)應(ying)防(fang)止(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)過高(gao)(gao)而(er)(er)使(shi)雜質(zhi)汽化或升(sheng)華(hua)為氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)起(qi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)作用(yong),但(dan)(dan)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)宜過低(di),防(fang)止(zhi)產物(wu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)在冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)積液(ye)(ye)(ye)影響使(shi)用(yong)。在注(zhu)(zhu)意以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)要點的(de)同時(shi)還需(xu)注(zhu)(zhu)意用(yong)再沸(fei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)調(diao)節洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)(di)(di)塔(ta)(ta)的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)位,為防(fang)止(zhi)塔(ta)(ta)釜液(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)雜質(zhi)濃度(du)(du)(du)過高(gao)(gao)產生沉(chen)淀(dian),應(ying)使(shi)其緩慢上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲。
1、由于高沸物在洗滌(di)過(guo)程中(zhong)被(bei)固定在洗滌(di)塔(ta)塔(ta)釜中(zhong),所以使用(yong)一(yi)段時間后塔(ta)釜液的高沸物含量會(hui)升高,所以在使用(yong)一(yi)定時間后要對洗滌(di)塔(ta)塔(ta)釜液進行(xing)置(zhi)換,防止高沸物在塔(ta)釜沉積。
2、由于洗滌塔(ta)(ta)塔(ta)(ta)釜液(ye)(ye)中含(han)有高(gao)沸物,容易堵塞(sai)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)計,所以一般采用部分回流液(ye)(ye)沖洗液(ye)(ye)位(wei)計的方式防止液(ye)(ye)位(wei)計堵塞(sai)。
煤氣化技(ji)術都用到這一單元(yuan)操作。
煤氣雙豎管洗滌塔(ta)直徑為800㎜
豎管內置8個霧式噴(pen)頭梯形木格(ge),延長水與(yu)煤氣的混合時間,有利于除焦、除塵、降(jiang)溫。
煤(mei)氣(qi)加壓機為2臺,一開(kai)一備。功率為4KW.

煤氣洗滌水(shui)的主要污染物(wu)
煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)站(zhan)的污水(shui)(shui)主(zhu)要來自(zi)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)發生爐的洗滌和(he)冷卻過程(cheng)(cheng),主(zhu)要產生于豎管(guan)、洗滌塔和(he)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)輸送管(guan)道(dao)的冷凝水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的污染物主(zhu)要有懸(xuan)浮物、顆(ke)粒物、酚類、油、膠體、氨、氮、硫(liu)化(hua)物、氰化(hua)物等。經(jing)觀察使(shi)(shi)用褐煤(mei)和(he)煙(yan)煤(mei)為氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)原料產生的污染物的污染程(cheng)(cheng)度(du)要高于使(shi)(shi)用無(wu)煙(yan)煤(mei)和(he)焦煤(mei)為氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)原料產生的污染物。現在兩(liang)段(duan)爐工藝(yi)減少了(le)洗滌水(shui)(shui)用量,如果(guo)(guo)管(guan)理控制好污染程(cheng)(cheng)度(du)要輕很多,如果(guo)(guo)配置廢水(shui)(shui)回收(shou)利用設備,和(he)酚水(shui)(shui)蒸(zheng)發系(xi)統等可(ke)做到無(wu)廢水(shui)(shui)排(pai)放。
