濾(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)早(zao)在20世(shi)紀70年代就已經(jing)在日(ri)本(ben)和(he)歐美(mei)(mei)一(yi)些國(guo)(guo)家出現,具有體積(ji)(ji)小(xiao),效率高(gao),投資省(sheng),易(yi)維(wei)護等(deng)(deng)優點,但因其設(she)備(bei)容量小(xiao),難(nan)組合成大風(feng)量設(she)備(bei),過濾(lv)風(feng)速偏低,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)范圍窄,僅(jin)在糧(liang)食、焊接等(deng)(deng)行業應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong),所以(yi)多年來未(wei)能大量推廣。近(jin)年來,隨著新技(ji)術、新材料(liao)不斷地發(fa)展(zhan),以(yi)日(ri)本(ben),美(mei)(mei)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)司(si)為(wei)代表,對除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)結構(gou)和(he)濾(lv)料(liao)進(jin)行了改進(jin),使得濾(lv)筒除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣泛地應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于水泥、鋼鐵、電(dian)(dian)力、食品、冶金、化工等(deng)(deng)工業領域,整體容量增加數倍,成為(wei)過濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)>2000m2大型除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是解決傳(chuan)統除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超(chao)細粉(fen)塵(chen)收集難(nan)、過濾(lv)風(feng)速高(gao)、清灰效果差(cha)、濾(lv)袋(dai)易(yi)磨損破漏、運行成本(ben)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)上(shang)好方(fang)案,和(he)市場(chang)上(shang)現有各種(zhong)袋(dai)式、靜電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具有有效過濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)大、壓差(cha)低、低排放、體積(ji)(ji)小(xiao)、使用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命長等(deng)(deng)特點,成為(wei)工業除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)新方(fang)向。
濾(lv)筒式除(chu)塵器的(de)結構是由進風管、排風管、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣流分(fen)流分(fen)布板、濾(lv)筒及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成,類似氣箱脈沖(chong)袋除(chu)塵結構。
濾筒在除(chu)塵器中的布置(zhi)很(hen)重要,既可(ke)以垂(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)布置(zhi)在箱體花(hua)板上,也可(ke)以傾斜布置(zhi) 在花(hua)板上,從清灰效果(guo)看(kan),垂(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)布置(zhi)較為(wei)合理(li)。花(hua)板下部為(wei)過濾室(shi)(shi),上部為(wei)氣箱脈(mo)沖(chong)室(shi)(shi)。在除(chu)塵器入口處裝有氣流(liu)分布板。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體進(jin)入除塵(chen)(chen)器灰斗(dou)后,由于氣(qi)流斷面突然擴大(da)(da)及氣(qi)流分布板(ban)作用(yong),氣(qi)流中(zhong)一部分粗大(da)(da)顆粒(li)在動和慣性力作用(yong)下沉降在灰斗(dou);粒(li)度細、密度小(xiao)的塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)進(jin)入濾(lv)(lv)塵(chen)(chen)室后,通過布朗擴散和篩濾(lv)(lv)等組合效應,使粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積(ji)在濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)表(biao)面上(shang),凈化(hua)后的氣(qi)體進(jin)入凈氣(qi)室由排氣(qi)管經風機排出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除塵(chen)器的(de)阻力隨濾(lv)料表(biao)面粉(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)增加而增大。阻力達到某(mou)一規定值(zhi)時進行清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序(xu)控制(zhi)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)啟閉(bi)(bi),首先一分室提(ti)升(sheng)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),將過濾(lv)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)截斷,然后電磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)開啟,壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)以及(ji)短的(de)時間在(zai)(zai)上(shang)箱體(ti)內迅速膨脹,涌入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)膨脹變形產(chan)生(sheng)振動,并在(zai)(zai)逆向(xiang)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)沖(chong)刷的(de)作(zuo)用下,附著在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)袋(dai)外表(biao)面上(shang)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)被剝離落入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中(zhong)。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi),提(ti)升(sheng)閥(fa)打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室依次(ci)進行,從(cong)一室清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始至(zhi)下一次(ci)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始為一個清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)掉入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通過缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。
在此過程中必須定期(qi)對濾(lv)(lv)筒進(jin)行更換和清洗(xi),以確(que)保過濾(lv)(lv)效果和精度(du),因為在過濾(lv)(lv)過程中粉塵(chen)除了被阻隔外還有部分會沉積于濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)表(biao)面,增大阻力,所以一般的正確(que)更換時間是(shi)三至五(wu)個月(yue)!
