濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在20世紀70年(nian)代就已經在日(ri)本(ben)和歐美一些國家出現,具有體積小(xiao),效(xiao)率高,投資省(sheng),易(yi)維護等(deng)(deng)(deng)優點,但因(yin)其設(she)備容量(liang)小(xiao),難組合成(cheng)大(da)風(feng)量(liang)設(she)備,過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速偏低,應(ying)用范圍窄,僅(jin)在糧食、焊接等(deng)(deng)(deng)行業應(ying)用,所(suo)以多年(nian)來未能大(da)量(liang)推廣(guang)(guang)。近年(nian)來,隨著新技術(shu)、新材料(liao)不斷地發展(zhan),以日(ri)本(ben),美國的(de)公司為(wei)代表,對(dui)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)結構和濾(lv)料(liao)進行了改進,使得濾(lv)筒(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣(guang)(guang)泛地應(ying)用于水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食品、冶金(jin)、化工等(deng)(deng)(deng)工業領域,整體容量(liang)增加(jia)數(shu)倍(bei),成(cheng)為(wei)過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積>2000m2大(da)型(xing)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)對(dui)超細(xi)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集難、過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速高、清灰效(xiao)果差(cha)、濾(lv)袋(dai)易(yi)磨損(sun)破漏、運(yun)行成(cheng)本(ben)高的(de)上好(hao)方案,和市場上現有各(ge)種袋(dai)式、靜電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具有有效(xiao)過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積大(da)、壓差(cha)低、低排放、體積小(xiao)、使用壽命(ming)長等(deng)(deng)(deng)特點,成(cheng)為(wei)工業除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)發展(zhan)的(de)新方向(xiang)。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器(qi)的結(jie)構(gou)是由進風(feng)(feng)管、排風(feng)(feng)管、箱體、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣(qi)流分流分布板、濾筒(tong)及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成,類(lei)似(si)氣(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵結(jie)構(gou)。
濾筒(tong)在(zai)除塵器中的布置(zhi)(zhi)很(hen)重要,既(ji)可以垂直布置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上,也可以傾斜布置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上,從清灰(hui)效(xiao)果看,垂直布置(zhi)(zhi)較為(wei)合(he)理(li)。花(hua)(hua)板(ban)下部為(wei)過濾室(shi),上部為(wei)氣箱脈沖(chong)室(shi)。在(zai)除塵器入口處(chu)裝(zhuang)有(you)氣流分布板(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入除塵(chen)器灰斗(dou)后,由于氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)斷面(mian)突然擴大(da)及氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)分布板作(zuo)用,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)中一部分粗大(da)顆粒(li)在動和慣(guan)性(xing)力作(zuo)用下沉(chen)降在灰斗(dou);粒(li)度(du)細(xi)、密度(du)小的(de)塵(chen)粒(li)進入濾塵(chen)室(shi)后,通過布朗擴散和篩(shai)濾等組(zu)合效應,使粉(fen)塵(chen)沉(chen)積(ji)在濾料表面(mian)上,凈化后的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入凈氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)由排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的阻力隨濾(lv)(lv)料表面粉塵(chen)層厚度的增(zeng)加(jia)而增(zeng)大。阻力達(da)到某一(yi)(yi)規(gui)定(ding)值時進行清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序控制脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)的啟(qi)(qi)閉,首先一(yi)(yi)分(fen)室(shi)提(ti)升閥(fa)關(guan)閉,將過濾(lv)(lv)氣流截(jie)斷,然后電磁脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)開啟(qi)(qi),壓縮空氣以及短(duan)的時間(jian)在上(shang)箱體(ti)內迅速膨脹(zhang),涌入(ru)濾(lv)(lv)筒,使濾(lv)(lv)筒膨脹(zhang)變(bian)形產生振(zhen)動,并在逆(ni)向氣流沖(chong)刷的作用下,附著在濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)外表面上(shang)的粉塵(chen)被(bei)剝離(li)落(luo)入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)關(guan)閉,提(ti)升閥(fa)打開,該室(shi)又恢復過濾(lv)(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依次(ci)進行,從一(yi)(yi)室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始(shi)至下一(yi)(yi)次(ci)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)開始(shi)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的粉塵(chen)掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通(tong)過缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。
在(zai)此過(guo)程中(zhong)必須(xu)定期對濾筒進(jin)行更換和清洗,以確保過(guo)濾效果和精度,因(yin)為(wei)在(zai)過(guo)濾過(guo)程中(zhong)粉塵除了被(bei)阻(zu)隔外還有(you)部分會沉積于濾料表面,增(zeng)大阻(zu)力,所以一般的正確更換時間是三至五個月!
