過(guo)(guo)濾式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器是(shi)使含(han)塵(chen)(chen)氣體通過(guo)(guo)一(yi)定的過(guo)(guo)濾材料來(lai)達到(dao)分離氣體中固體粉塵(chen)(chen)的一(yi)種高效(xiao)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)設(she)備。過(guo)(guo)濾式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器主要有兩類。一(yi)類是(shi)利(li)用纖維編織(zhi)物作(zuo)為過(guo)(guo)濾介質的袋式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器;另一(yi)類是(shi)采用砂、礫、焦(jiao)炭等顆(ke)粒(li)物作(zuo)為過(guo)(guo)濾介質的顆(ke)粒(li)層除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器。
袋式除塵器工作原理
袋(dai)式除(chu)塵器是將棉、毛(mao)或人造纖維(wei)等(deng)材料加工成織(zhi)物作為濾(lv)料,制(zhi)成濾(lv)袋(dai)對含(han)塵氣體進行過(guo)濾(lv)。當含(han)塵氣流(liu)通(tong)過(guo)濾(lv)料孔隙(xi)時粉(fen)塵被阻留下來,清潔氣流(liu)穿(chuan)過(guo)濾(lv)袋(dai)之(zhi)后排出(chu)。沉積(ji)在濾(lv)袋(dai)上的粉(fen)塵通(tong)過(guo)機械(xie)振動,從濾(lv)料表(biao)面脫落至(zhi)灰斗中(zhong)。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料本(ben)身的(de)(de)(de)(de)網孔(kong)(kong)較大,一(yi)般為20~50μm,表(biao)面(mian)(mian)起(qi)絨(rong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料為5~10μm。因此,新用濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋的(de)(de)(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)較低(di)。粉塵(chen)(chen)顆粒(li)因篩濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)、慣性碰(peng)(peng)撞、攔截、擴散、靜電和重(zhong)力沉降(jiang)等作(zuo)用,使(shi)得粗塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)首先被(bei)阻留,并在網孔(kong)(kong)之間產生 “架(jia)橋”現象,很快(kuai)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)布表(biao)面(mian)(mian)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)所謂粉塵(chen)(chen)初(chu)(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)。初(chu)(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)后(hou),它便成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),而濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)布只不(bu)過(guo)(guo)起(qi)著形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)顆粒(li)初(chu)(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和支撐它的(de)(de)(de)(de)骨(gu)架(jia)作(zuo)用。粉塵(chen)(chen)初(chu)(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之后(hou),使(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)布成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為對(dui)粗、細(xi)粉塵(chen)(chen)皆有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)材(cai)料,過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)效(xiao)率(lv)劇(ju)增。對(dui)于1μm以上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li),主要靠慣性碰(peng)(peng)撞,對(dui)于1μm以下(xia)(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li),主要靠擴散,總的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)效(xiao)率(lv)可達99%以上(shang)(shang)。隨著粉塵(chen)(chen)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)積聚,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)不(bu)斷增加,同時(shi)阻力也相(xiang)應增大。當阻力達到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)程度時(shi),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋兩側的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力差(cha)會(hui)把有(you)些已附著在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)細(xi)小粉塵(chen)(chen)擠壓(ya)過(guo)(guo)去,使(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)明顯(xian)(xian)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang),同時(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)阻力過(guo)(guo)大會(hui)使(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)處理氣體量顯(xian)(xian)著下(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang),影響生產系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)排風效(xiao)果。因此,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)阻力達到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)數值后(hou),要及時(shi)進行清灰,而清灰時(shi)又不(bu)能破壞粉塵(chen)(chen)初(chu)(chu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),否則會(hui)引(yin)起(qi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)顯(xian)(xian)著降(jiang)低(di)。
