除(chu)塵器(qi)的工作(zuo)好壞,不僅直接影響到除(chu)塵系統的可(ke)靠運行,還關(guan)系到生(sheng)產系統的正(zheng)常運行、車間(jian)廠(chang)區(qu)和周邊居民的環境衛(wei)生(sheng)、風機葉片的磨損和壽命,同(tong)時(shi)還涉(she)及(ji)有(you)經濟價值物料的回收(shou)利用問題。因此(ci),必(bi)須(xu)正(zheng)確地(di)設計、選(xuan)擇(ze)與(yu)使用除(chu)塵器(qi)。選(xuan)擇(ze)除(chu)塵器(qi)時(shi)必(bi)須(xu)全面考慮一次(ci)投(tou)資和運行費用,如除(chu)塵效率、壓力損失、可(ke)靠性、一次(ci)投(tou)資、占(zhan)地(di)面積、維修管理等因素,根據煙塵的理化性質、特點和生(sheng)產工藝的要求(qiu),針(zhen)對性地(di)選(xuan)擇(ze)除(chu)塵器(qi)。
1.根據除塵效率(lv)的要(yao)求(qiu)
所選除塵器必須滿足排放標準的要求。
不同(tong)的除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有不同(tong)的除(chu)塵(chen)效(xiao)率。對(dui)于運(yun)行狀(zhuang)況(kuang)不穩定或波動較大(da)的除(chu)塵(chen)系(xi)統,要注意煙(yan)氣處理量變化對(dui)除(chu)塵(chen)效(xiao)率的影響。正(zheng)常運(yun)行時,除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率高低(di)排序是(shi):袋(dai)式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)及文丘(qiu)里除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、水膜旋風除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、旋風除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、慣性(xing)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、重力除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)
2.根據氣體性質
選擇除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)時,必須考慮(lv)氣(qi)(qi)體的(de)風(feng)(feng)量(liang)、溫度(du)、成(cheng)分、濕度(du)等因素。電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)適(shi)合于(yu)大(da)風(feng)(feng)量(liang)、溫度(du)<400℃的(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)凈化(hua);袋式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)適(shi)合于(yu)溫度(du)<260℃的(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)凈化(hua),不受煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)量(liang)大(da)小(xiao)的(de)限(xian)制,當(dang)溫度(du)≥260℃時,煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)應冷(leng)卻降溫后方可使用袋式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi);袋式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)不宜處理高濕度(du)和(he)含油污的(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)凈化(hua);易燃易爆的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體凈化(hua)(如(ru)煤氣(qi)(qi))適(shi)合于(yu)濕式(shi)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi);旋風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)的(de)處理風(feng)(feng)量(liang)有限(xian),當(dang)風(feng)(feng)量(liang)較大(da)時,可采用多臺除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)并聯的(de)方式(shi);當(dang)需要同(tong)時除(chu)(chu)塵和(he)凈化(hua)有害(hai)氣(qi)(qi)體時,可考慮(lv)采用噴淋塔和(he)旋風(feng)(feng)水膜除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)。< p=“”>

4.根據壓(ya)力(li)損失與能耗
袋(dai)式除(chu)塵器的阻(zu)力比電除(chu)塵器的阻(zu)力大,但從除(chu)塵器整體能耗來對比,兩者能耗相差不(bu)大。

6.節水(shui)與(yu)防凍(dong)的要(yao)求
水資源(yuan)缺乏的地區(qu)不(bu)適合采用(yong)濕(shi)式(shi)除塵(chen)器;北(bei)方地區(qu)存在冬(dong)季(ji)凍結的問題,盡(jin)可能不(bu)使用(yong)濕(shi)式(shi)除塵(chen)器。
7.粉塵和氣體(ti)回收利用的要求
粉塵(chen)具(ju)有(you)回(hui)(hui)收價值時,宜(yi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)干法除(chu)(chu)塵(chen);當粉塵(chen)具(ju)有(you)很(hen)高(gao)的(de)回(hui)(hui)收價值時,宜(yi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)袋式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器;當凈(jing)化后的(de)氣體需(xu)要回(hui)(hui)收利用(yong)(yong)(yong)或凈(jing)化后的(de)空氣需(xu)要再循(xun)環(huan)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)時,宜(yi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)高(gao)效(xiao)袋式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器。
