濾筒式除塵(chen)器的結構是由進(jin)風管(guan)(guan)、排風管(guan)(guan)、箱體(ti)、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝置、導流(liu)裝置、氣(qi)流(liu)分流(liu)分布板、濾筒及電控裝置組成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵(chen)結構。

濾(lv)筒在除塵(chen)器中(zhong)的布(bu)(bu)置很重要,既可以(yi)垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)置在箱(xiang)體花板上(shang),也可以(yi)傾斜(xie)布(bu)(bu)置 在花板上(shang),從清灰效(xiao)果看,垂(chui)直布(bu)(bu)置較(jiao)為(wei)合理。花板下部為(wei)過濾(lv)室(shi)(shi),上(shang)部為(wei)氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖室(shi)(shi)。在除塵(chen)器入口處裝有氣(qi)流分布(bu)(bu)板。

含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)除塵(chen)器灰斗(dou)后(hou)(hou),由于氣(qi)(qi)流斷面(mian)突然擴大及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)流分(fen)布(bu)板作用,氣(qi)(qi)流中一部分(fen)粗大顆(ke)粒在(zai)動和(he)慣性(xing)力作用下沉降在(zai)灰斗(dou);粒度細、密度小的塵(chen)粒進入(ru)濾(lv)(lv)塵(chen)室后(hou)(hou),通過布(bu)朗擴散和(he)篩濾(lv)(lv)等組合效應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)沉積在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后(hou)(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)室由排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排(pai)出(chu)。

濾(lv)筒式除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)阻(zu)力隨(sui)濾(lv)料(liao)表面粉塵(chen)(chen)層(ceng)厚度(du)的(de)增加而(er)增大。阻(zu)力達到某(mou)一(yi)(yi)規定值時(shi)進(jin)(jin)行清灰(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控(kong)制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)啟閉,首先一(yi)(yi)分室提升閥(fa)關(guan)閉,將過(guo)濾(lv)氣流截斷,然(ran)后(hou)電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)開(kai)啟,壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣以及短的(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上箱體內(nei)迅(xun)速膨脹,涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹變形產生振動(dong),并在(zai)逆向氣流沖(chong)刷(shua)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)袋外(wai)表面上的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)被剝離(li)落(luo)入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗中。清灰(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電磁(ci)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)關(guan)閉,提升閥(fa)打開(kai),該室又恢復過(guo)濾(lv)狀態(tai)。清灰(hui)(hui)各室依次(ci)進(jin)(jin)行,從一(yi)(yi)室清灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)至(zhi)下一(yi)(yi)次(ci)清灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)個清灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)掉(diao)入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)斗內(nei)通過(guo)缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出(chu)。

在(zai)此(ci)過程中必須定期對濾筒進行更換(huan)(huan)和清洗,以確(que)保(bao)過濾效果和精(jing)度(du),因為在(zai)過濾過程中粉塵除了被阻隔外還有部分會沉積于濾料表面,增大阻力(li),所以一般的正確(que)更換(huan)(huan)時(shi)間是三至(zhi)五個月(yue)!
