旋風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置的(de)一類。除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)機理(li)是使(shi)含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)氣流作(zuo)旋轉(zhuan)運動,借(jie)助于(yu)離心力(li)(li)將塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒從(cong)氣流中分離并捕(bu)集(ji)于(yu)器(qi)壁,再借(jie)助重力(li)(li)作(zuo)用(yong)使(shi)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒落入灰斗(dou)。旋風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)各個部件都有(you)一定(ding)的(de)尺寸比(bi)例,每一個比(bi)例關(guan)系的(de)變動,都能影響(xiang)旋風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)效率(lv)和壓(ya)力(li)(li)損(sun)失,其中除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)直徑、進氣口尺寸、排氣管(guan)直徑為主(zhu)要影響(xiang)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素(su)(su)。在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)時應注意(yi),當(dang)超(chao)過某(mou)一界限時,有(you)利因(yin)(yin)(yin)素(su)(su)也能轉(zhuan)化為不(bu)利因(yin)(yin)(yin)素(su)(su)。另(ling)外,有(you)的(de)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素(su)(su)對于(yu)提高除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有(you)利,但卻會增加壓(ya)力(li)(li)損(sun)失,因(yin)(yin)(yin)而對各因(yin)(yin)(yin)素(su)(su)的(de)調整必(bi)須兼顧。、
旋風(feng)除塵器(qi)于1885年開始使用,已發展成為多種形(xing)式(shi)。按氣流(liu)進入方式(shi),可分為切向(xiang)(xiang)進入式(shi)和(he)軸向(xiang)(xiang)進入式(shi)兩(liang)類(lei)。在相同壓力損失下,后者能處理的(de)(de)氣體約為前者的(de)(de)3倍,且氣流(liu)分布均(jun)勻(yun)。
旋(xuan)(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是由進氣管(guan)、排氣管(guan)、圓筒體、圓錐(zhui)體和(he)灰斗組成。旋(xuan)(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)結構(gou)簡單,易于(yu)制造(zao)、安裝和(he)維護管(guan)理(li),設備投(tou)資(zi)和(he)操(cao)作費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)都較低,已廣泛用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)從氣流中分離(li)固體和(he)液體粒子(zi),或從液體中分離(li)固體粒子(zi)。在(zai)普通操(cao)作條件下,作用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)粒子(zi)上(shang)的離(li)心力(li)是重(zhong)力(li)的5~2500倍,所以旋(xuan)(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的效(xiao)率顯著高(gao)(gao)(gao)于(yu)重(zhong)力(li)沉降室。利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)這一(yi)個原理(li)基礎成功(gong)研究出了一(yi)款除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率為(wei)百分之九十以上(shang)的旋(xuan)(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置。在(zai)機械式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)中,旋(xuan)(xuan)風式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)是效(xiao)率較高(gao)(gao)(gao)的一(yi)種(zhong)。它(ta)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)非黏性及非纖維性粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),大(da)多(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)來去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)5μm以上(shang)的粒子(zi),并聯的多(duo)管(guan)旋(xuan)(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)裝置對3μm的粒子(zi)也具有80~85%的除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率。選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)耐(nai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)、耐(nai)磨蝕和(he)腐蝕的特種(zhong)金屬或陶(tao)瓷材(cai)料構(gou)造(zao)的旋(xuan)(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),可在(zai)溫(wen)度高(gao)(gao)(gao)達(da)1000℃,壓(ya)力(li)達(da)500×105Pa的條件下操(cao)作。從技(ji)術(shu)、經濟(ji)諸方面考慮旋(xuan)(xuan)風除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)壓(ya)力(li)損失控制范圍一(yi)般為(wei)500~2000Pa。因此,它(ta)屬于(yu)中效(xiao)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),且可用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)煙氣的凈(jing)化,是應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)廣泛的一(yi)種(zhong)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),多(duo)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)鍋爐煙氣除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)、多(duo)級除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)及預除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)。它(ta)的主(zhu)要缺點是對細小(xiao)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(<5μm)的去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)效(xiao)率較低。
