旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)是除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)裝置(zhi)的(de)一類(lei)。除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)機理是使含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)流作旋(xuan)轉運動,借助于(yu)離(li)心(xin)力將塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)從氣(qi)(qi)流中分離(li)并捕集于(yu)器(qi)(qi)壁,再借助重力作用(yong)使塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)落(luo)入灰斗。旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)各個部件都(dou)有(you)一定的(de)尺(chi)寸比例,每一個比例關系的(de)變動,都(dou)能影響旋(xuan)風(feng)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率和壓(ya)力損(sun)失,其中除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)直徑、進氣(qi)(qi)口尺(chi)寸、排氣(qi)(qi)管直徑為主要影響因(yin)素(su)。在(zai)使用(yong)時(shi)應注意,當超過某一界限時(shi),有(you)利因(yin)素(su)也能轉化為不(bu)利因(yin)素(su)。另外,有(you)的(de)因(yin)素(su)對于(yu)提高除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率有(you)利,但卻會增加(jia)壓(ya)力損(sun)失,因(yin)而對各因(yin)素(su)的(de)調(diao)整必(bi)須兼顧。、
旋風除塵器于1885年開始(shi)使用,已發(fa)展(zhan)成為多種形式(shi)。按氣(qi)流(liu)進入方式(shi),可分為切向進入式(shi)和軸向進入式(shi)兩類。在相(xiang)同壓(ya)力損(sun)失下,后(hou)者能(neng)處理的氣(qi)體約為前(qian)者的3倍,且氣(qi)流(liu)分布均勻(yun)。
旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)由進氣(qi)管(guan)、排(pai)氣(qi)管(guan)、圓(yuan)筒體(ti)、圓(yuan)錐體(ti)和灰斗組成。旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)結構簡單(dan),易于(yu)(yu)(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)造、安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和維(wei)護管(guan)理(li),設備投資和操(cao)作費用(yong)(yong)(yong)都較低,已廣(guang)泛用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)從(cong)氣(qi)流中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分離固體(ti)和液體(ti)粒(li)子,或(huo)從(cong)液體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分離固體(ti)粒(li)子。在普通(tong)操(cao)作條件(jian)下,作用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)粒(li)子上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)離心力(li)是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)5~2500倍,所(suo)以旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)率(lv)顯著(zhu)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)(yu)重(zhong)(zhong)力(li)沉降室。利用(yong)(yong)(yong)這(zhe)一(yi)個原理(li)基礎(chu)成功研究出(chu)了一(yi)款除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)為百分之九十以上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。在機械式除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)式除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)效(xiao)率(lv)較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)。它(ta)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)非(fei)黏性(xing)及非(fei)纖維(wei)性(xing)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),大多(duo)(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)來去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)5μm以上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)粒(li)子,并聯(lian)的(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)管(guan)旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置對(dui)3μm的(de)(de)(de)粒(li)子也具有80~85%的(de)(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)。選用(yong)(yong)(yong)耐高(gao)(gao)溫、耐磨蝕(shi)和腐(fu)蝕(shi)的(de)(de)(de)特種(zhong)金屬(shu)或(huo)陶(tao)瓷材料構造的(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),可(ke)在溫度高(gao)(gao)達1000℃,壓(ya)力(li)達500×105Pa的(de)(de)(de)條件(jian)下操(cao)作。從(cong)技術、經(jing)濟諸方(fang)面考慮(lv)旋(xuan)風(feng)(feng)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力(li)損失控制(zhi)(zhi)范圍一(yi)般為500~2000Pa。因此,它(ta)屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)效(xiao)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),且可(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)高(gao)(gao)溫煙(yan)氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)凈(jing)化,是(shi)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),多(duo)(duo)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)鍋爐(lu)煙(yan)氣(qi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)、多(duo)(duo)級除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)及預(yu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)。它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)主要缺點(dian)是(shi)對(dui)細小塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(<5μm)的(de)(de)(de)去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)效(xiao)率(lv)較低。
