電磁閥(fa)(fa)(Electromagnetic valve)是(shi)用(yong)電磁控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)工業(ye)設備,是(shi)用(yong)來控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)體的(de)(de)自動化基礎(chu)元件,屬(shu)于執行器,并不限(xian)于液壓(ya)、氣動。用(yong)在(zai)工業(ye)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統中(zhong)調(diao)整(zheng)介質的(de)(de)方向(xiang)、流(liu)量、速度和(he)其他的(de)(de)參數。電磁閥(fa)(fa)可以(yi)配合不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電路來實現預期(qi)的(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),而控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)精(jing)度和(he)靈(ling)活性都能夠保證。電磁閥(fa)(fa)有(you)很多種,不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電磁閥(fa)(fa)在(zai)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統的(de)(de)不同(tong)(tong)位置(zhi)發揮作用(yong),最(zui)常用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)單向(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)、安全閥(fa)(fa)、方向(xiang)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)、速度調(diao)節閥(fa)(fa)等。
電磁閥(fa)里有密閉的腔(qiang),在不(bu)同(tong)位置開(kai)(kai)有通(tong)(tong)孔,每個孔連(lian)接不(bu)同(tong)的油(you)(you)管,腔(qiang)中(zhong)間(jian)是活(huo)塞,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪面的磁鐵線(xian)圈通(tong)(tong)電閥(fa)體就會(hui)被吸引到哪邊,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)控制閥(fa)體的移動(dong)(dong)來開(kai)(kai)啟或關閉不(bu)同(tong)的排油(you)(you)孔,而進油(you)(you)孔是常開(kai)(kai)的,液壓(ya)(ya)油(you)(you)就會(hui)進入不(bu)同(tong)的排油(you)(you)管,然后通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)油(you)(you)的壓(ya)(ya)力來推動(dong)(dong)油(you)(you)缸的活(huo)塞,活(huo)塞又(you)帶動(dong)(dong)活(huo)塞桿(gan),活(huo)塞桿(gan)帶動(dong)(dong)機(ji)械(xie)裝置。這(zhe)樣(yang)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)控制電磁鐵的電流(liu)通(tong)(tong)斷就控制了機(ji)械(xie)運動(dong)(dong)。
1、電磁閥從原理上分為三大類:
直(zhi)動式電磁閥
原(yuan)理(li):通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁線圈產生電(dian)磁力(li)把關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)從閥(fa)座上(shang)提起,閥(fa)門打開(kai);斷電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力(li)消失,彈(dan)簧把關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)壓在(zai)閥(fa)座上(shang),閥(fa)門關(guan)閉(bi)。
特點:在(zai)真空、負壓、零壓時能正常工作,但通徑一(yi)般(ban)不超(chao)過25mm。
分(fen)步直動式電磁閥
原(yuan)理:它是(shi)一種直(zhi)動(dong)和先(xian)導(dao)式相結合(he)的原(yuan)理,當(dang)入(ru)口與(yu)出(chu)口沒(mei)有(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差時,通(tong)電(dian)后,電(dian)磁(ci)力直(zhi)接把先(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa)和主(zhu)閥(fa)關閉件依(yi)次向(xiang)(xiang)上提起,閥(fa)門(men)(men)打(da)開。當(dang)入(ru)口與(yu)出(chu)口達到啟(qi)動(dong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差時,通(tong)電(dian)后,電(dian)磁(ci)力先(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)下(xia)腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力上升,上腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力下(xia)降,從而利(li)用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差把主(zhu)閥(fa)向(xiang)(xiang)上推(tui)開;斷電(dian)時,先(xian)導(dao)閥(fa)利(li)用(yong)彈簧力或介質壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力推(tui)動(dong)關閉件,向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)移動(dong),使閥(fa)門(men)(men)關閉。
特點:在零壓差(cha)或真空、高(gao)壓時亦能可*動作(zuo),但功率較大,要求必須水(shui)平(ping)安裝。
先導(dao)式電(dian)磁閥
原理:通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁力(li)(li)把先導孔打(da)開(kai),上腔室壓力(li)(li)迅(xun)速下降,在(zai)關 閉(bi)件(jian)周圍形(xing)成上低(di)下高的壓差,流體壓力(li)(li)推動(dong)關閉(bi)件(jian)向上移動(dong),閥門(men)打(da)開(kai);斷電(dian)時(shi),彈簧力(li)(li)把先導孔關閉(bi),入口壓力(li)(li)通(tong)過旁通(tong)孔迅(xun)速腔室在(zai)關閥件(jian)周圍形(xing)成下低(di)上高的壓差,流體壓力(li)(li)推動(dong)關閉(bi)件(jian)向下移動(dong),關閉(bi)閥門(men)。
特點(dian):流(liu)體壓力范圍上(shang)限較高(gao),可任意安裝(需定制)但必須滿(man)足流(liu)體壓差條件。
2、電(dian)磁閥從(cong)閥結構(gou)(gou)(gou)和(he)材料上的不同與原理(li)上的區別,分(fen)為六個(ge)分(fen)支(zhi)小類:直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、分(fen)步直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、先導(dao)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)活(huo)(huo)(huo)塞(sai)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、分(fen)步直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)活(huo)(huo)(huo)塞(sai)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、先導(dao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)塞(sai)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)。
