濾筒式(shi)除塵器的結構是由(you)進(jin)風管、排(pai)風管、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、導流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、氣(qi)流分流分布板、濾筒及電控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖(chong)袋除塵結構。
濾筒在(zai)除塵器中的布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可以垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體(ti)花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上(shang),也(ye)可以傾斜(xie)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)(hua)板(ban)上(shang),從清灰(hui)效果看(kan),垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較為(wei)合理。花(hua)(hua)板(ban)下部(bu)為(wei)過濾室,上(shang)部(bu)為(wei)氣箱脈(mo)沖室。在(zai)除塵器入口處裝有氣流(liu)分布(bu)板(ban)。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)除塵(chen)(chen)器灰(hui)斗后(hou),由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突然擴大(da)及氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)板作用,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗(cu)大(da)顆粒(li)(li)在(zai)動和慣性力(li)作用下沉降在(zai)灰(hui)斗;粒(li)(li)度細、密度小的塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)進(jin)入(ru)濾(lv)塵(chen)(chen)室(shi)(shi)后(hou),通過布(bu)朗擴散和篩濾(lv)等組合效應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)濾(lv)料表面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)(shi)由排氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)經風機排出。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)阻力(li)隨(sui)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表(biao)面粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)層厚度的(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻力(li)達到某一規定值(zhi)時(shi)進行清灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控制(zhi)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)啟閉(bi),首先一分(fen)室(shi)提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)關閉(bi),將過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)流截斷,然(ran)后電(dian)磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)開(kai)(kai)啟,壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)以(yi)及短的(de)時(shi)間在上(shang)箱體內(nei)迅速(su)膨脹,涌入濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)膨脹變形產生振(zhen)動,并在逆向氣(qi)流沖(chong)刷的(de)作用下,附著在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋外表(biao)面上(shang)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)被剝(bo)離(li)落(luo)入灰(hui)斗中。清灰(hui)完畢后,電(dian)磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)關閉(bi),提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)打開(kai)(kai),該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)各室(shi)依次(ci)進行,從一室(shi)清灰(hui)開(kai)(kai)始至下一次(ci)清灰(hui)開(kai)(kai)始為一個清灰(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)掉入灰(hui)斗內(nei)通過(guo)缷灰(hui)閥(fa)(fa)排出。
在此過(guo)(guo)程中必(bi)須定(ding)期(qi)對濾筒(tong)進行更(geng)換和(he)清洗,以確保(bao)過(guo)(guo)濾效果和(he)精度,因為在過(guo)(guo)濾過(guo)(guo)程中粉塵(chen)除了被阻隔外還(huan)有部分會沉積(ji)于濾料(liao)表面,增(zeng)大(da)阻力(li),所以一般(ban)的正(zheng)確更(geng)換時間是三(san)至五個月!
