濾筒式除(chu)塵器的結構(gou)是由進風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝置、導流裝置、氣流分流分布板、濾筒及電(dian)控裝置組成,類似氣箱脈沖(chong)袋除(chu)塵結構(gou)。
濾筒在(zai)除(chu)塵器中的布置很重要(yao),既可(ke)以垂直布置在(zai)箱體花板上,也可(ke)以傾(qing)斜布置 在(zai)花板上,從清灰效果(guo)看(kan),垂直布置較為合(he)理(li)。花板下(xia)部(bu)為過(guo)濾室,上部(bu)為氣(qi)箱脈(mo)沖室。在(zai)除(chu)塵器入口處(chu)裝有氣(qi)流分(fen)布板。
含塵(chen)氣體進(jin)(jin)入(ru)除塵(chen)器灰斗后,由(you)于氣流(liu)斷(duan)面突然擴(kuo)大(da)及(ji)氣流(liu)分布(bu)板作用(yong),氣流(liu)中一部分粗(cu)大(da)顆粒在(zai)動和(he)慣(guan)性力作用(yong)下沉降在(zai)灰斗;粒度(du)細、密度(du)小(xiao)的塵(chen)粒進(jin)(jin)入(ru)濾(lv)塵(chen)室(shi)(shi)后,通過布(bu)朗擴(kuo)散和(he)篩濾(lv)等組合效應,使粉塵(chen)沉積在(zai)濾(lv)料(liao)表面上,凈化后的氣體進(jin)(jin)入(ru)凈氣室(shi)(shi)由(you)排氣管經風(feng)機(ji)排出(chu)。
濾筒式除塵器的(de)阻力(li)隨濾料表面(mian)(mian)粉(fen)(fen)塵層厚度(du)的(de)增加而增大。阻力(li)達到某一(yi)(yi)規定值時(shi)進行(xing)清灰(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程序控(kong)制脈(mo)(mo)沖閥(fa)的(de)啟(qi)(qi)閉(bi),首先一(yi)(yi)分(fen)室(shi)提升閥(fa)關閉(bi),將過(guo)濾氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)截斷,然后(hou)電磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)沖閥(fa)開(kai)啟(qi)(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)以及短(duan)的(de)時(shi)間在上箱體內(nei)迅速膨(peng)脹,涌入濾筒,使濾筒膨(peng)脹變形產(chan)生振動,并在逆向氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)沖刷的(de)作用下(xia),附(fu)著在濾袋外表面(mian)(mian)上的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵被剝離落(luo)(luo)入灰(hui)斗中。清灰(hui)完畢后(hou),電磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)沖閥(fa)關閉(bi),提升閥(fa)打開(kai),該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)濾狀態(tai)。清灰(hui)各室(shi)依次進行(xing),從一(yi)(yi)室(shi)清灰(hui)開(kai)始至下(xia)一(yi)(yi)次清灰(hui)開(kai)始為一(yi)(yi)個(ge)清灰(hui)周期。脫落(luo)(luo)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵掉入灰(hui)斗內(nei)通過(guo)缷灰(hui)閥(fa)排出(chu)。
在此過(guo)程中必須定期對濾筒進行更換和清洗,以確(que)保過(guo)濾效(xiao)果和精度,因(yin)為(wei)在過(guo)濾過(guo)程中粉塵除了被(bei)阻隔(ge)外(wai)還有部分會沉(chen)積于濾料表面,增大阻力,所以一般(ban)的(de)正確(que)更換時間是三(san)至五個月(yue)!
