濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式(shi)除塵器早在(zai)20世紀70年(nian)代就已(yi)經(jing)在(zai)日(ri)本和(he)歐美一些(xie)國家出現,具有(you)體積(ji)小,效率高,投資省,易維護等優點,但因其設備容(rong)(rong)量小,難組合成(cheng)大(da)風(feng)量設備,過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速偏低(di)(di)(di),應(ying)用(yong)范圍窄(zhai),僅在(zai)糧食、焊接等行(xing)業(ye)應(ying)用(yong),所以多年(nian)來(lai)未能(neng)大(da)量推廣(guang)。近年(nian)來(lai),隨著新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料(liao)不斷地發(fa)展,以日(ri)本,美國的(de)公司為代表,對除塵器的(de)結(jie)構和(he)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)進行(xing)了改(gai)進,使得濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)除塵器廣(guang)泛地應(ying)用(yong)于水泥(ni)、鋼鐵、電力、食品、冶金、化工等工業(ye)領域(yu),整體容(rong)(rong)量增加數倍,成(cheng)為過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大(da)型除塵器(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除塵器對超細粉塵收集難、過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)風(feng)速高、清灰(hui)效果差(cha)、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)袋易磨(mo)損破(po)漏、運行(xing)成(cheng)本高的(de)上好方案,和(he)市場上現有(you)各種(zhong)袋式(shi)、靜電除塵器相比具有(you)有(you)效過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)大(da)、壓(ya)差(cha)低(di)(di)(di)、低(di)(di)(di)排放(fang)、體積(ji)小、使用(yong)壽命(ming)長等特點,成(cheng)為工業(ye)除塵器發(fa)展的(de)新(xin)方向。
濾筒式除(chu)塵器的結構是由(you)進風管、排風管、箱體、灰斗、清(qing)灰裝(zhuang)置、導流裝(zhuang)置、氣(qi)流分流分布板、濾筒及電(dian)控裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋除(chu)塵結構。
濾(lv)筒(tong)在(zai)除塵器中的(de)布(bu)置很重要(yao),既可(ke)以垂(chui)直(zhi)布(bu)置在(zai)箱體花(hua)板上,也可(ke)以傾斜布(bu)置 在(zai)花(hua)板上,從清灰效果看,垂(chui)直(zhi)布(bu)置較為合理。花(hua)板下部(bu)為過(guo)濾(lv)室,上部(bu)為氣(qi)箱脈沖室。在(zai)除塵器入口處裝有氣(qi)流分布(bu)板。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體進(jin)(jin)入(ru)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)灰(hui)斗后,由于(yu)氣(qi)流斷面突然(ran)擴大及氣(qi)流分(fen)布(bu)板作用,氣(qi)流中一部分(fen)粗(cu)大顆粒在(zai)(zai)動和慣性(xing)力(li)作用下沉降在(zai)(zai)灰(hui)斗;粒度細、密度小(xiao)的(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒進(jin)(jin)入(ru)濾塵(chen)(chen)室(shi)后,通過布(bu)朗擴散和篩濾等組合效(xiao)應,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積(ji)在(zai)(zai)濾料表(biao)面上(shang),凈(jing)化后的(de)氣(qi)體進(jin)(jin)入(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)室(shi)由排氣(qi)管經風機排出。
濾筒式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的阻(zu)力隨濾料(liao)表面粉塵(chen)(chen)層厚(hou)度(du)的增(zeng)(zeng)加而增(zeng)(zeng)大。阻(zu)力達到某一規定值時進(jin)行清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序(xu)控制(zhi)脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的啟(qi)閉(bi),首先一分室(shi)(shi)提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉(bi),將過濾氣流(liu)截斷,然后(hou)電(dian)磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開啟(qi),壓縮(suo)空氣以及短(duan)的時間在(zai)上(shang)箱體(ti)內迅速(su)膨(peng)脹,涌(yong)入濾筒,使濾筒膨(peng)脹變形產(chan)生振動,并在(zai)逆(ni)向氣流(liu)沖(chong)刷的作用(yong)下,附著在(zai)濾袋外表面上(shang)的粉塵(chen)(chen)被剝離落入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中(zhong)。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電(dian)磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉(bi),提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打(da)開,該室(shi)(shi)又恢復過濾狀(zhuang)態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依次進(jin)行,從一室(shi)(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始(shi)至下一次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始(shi)為一個(ge)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期(qi)。脫落的粉塵(chen)(chen)掉(diao)入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出。
在此(ci)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中必須(xu)定期對濾(lv)筒進行更換和清洗,以(yi)確(que)(que)保(bao)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)效果和精(jing)度,因為在過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中粉塵除了被(bei)阻隔(ge)外還(huan)有部分(fen)會沉積于濾(lv)料表面,增大阻力,所以(yi)一(yi)般(ban)的正確(que)(que)更換時間是三至五個月!
