濾(lv)筒式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)早(zao)在20世紀(ji)70年(nian)代(dai)就已經在日(ri)本和(he)歐美一些國家出(chu)現(xian),具有(you)體積小,效(xiao)率高,投資省(sheng),易(yi)(yi)維(wei)護等(deng)優點,但因(yin)其設備容量(liang)小,難組合成(cheng)(cheng)大風量(liang)設備,過濾(lv)風速偏低,應(ying)(ying)用范圍窄,僅在糧食(shi)、焊接等(deng)行(xing)業(ye)應(ying)(ying)用,所以多年(nian)來未能大量(liang)推廣。近年(nian)來,隨著新技術、新材(cai)料不斷地發展,以日(ri)本,美國的公司為代(dai)表(biao),對(dui)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的結構和(he)濾(lv)料進(jin)行(xing)了改進(jin),使(shi)得濾(lv)筒除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)廣泛地應(ying)(ying)用于水泥、鋼鐵、電力、食(shi)品、冶金、化工等(deng)工業(ye)領域,整體容量(liang)增加(jia)數倍,成(cheng)(cheng)為過濾(lv)面(mian)積>2000m2大型除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(GB6719-86類),是(shi)解決(jue)傳統除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)對(dui)超細粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集難、過濾(lv)風速高、清灰(hui)效(xiao)果差、濾(lv)袋易(yi)(yi)磨損(sun)破(po)漏、運行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)本高的上(shang)好方案,和(he)市場上(shang)現(xian)有(you)各種袋式、靜電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)相比具有(you)有(you)效(xiao)過濾(lv)面(mian)積大、壓差低、低排放、體積小、使(shi)用壽命長等(deng)特點,成(cheng)(cheng)為工業(ye)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)發展的新方向。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵器的(de)結構是由(you)進風(feng)管、排風(feng)管、箱(xiang)體、灰斗(dou)、清灰裝置、導(dao)流(liu)(liu)裝置、氣流(liu)(liu)分(fen)(fen)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)(fen)布板、濾(lv)筒(tong)及(ji)電控(kong)裝置組(zu)成,類似氣箱(xiang)脈沖(chong)袋除(chu)塵結構。
濾(lv)筒(tong)在除塵(chen)器中的布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要,既可以垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在箱體花板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang),也可以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在花板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang),從清(qing)灰效(xiao)果(guo)看,垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)合理。花板(ban)(ban)下部為(wei)(wei)過濾(lv)室(shi),上(shang)(shang)部為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)箱脈沖室(shi)。在除塵(chen)器入口處裝(zhuang)有氣(qi)流(liu)分布(bu)板(ban)(ban)。
含(han)塵(chen)氣(qi)體進入(ru)(ru)除塵(chen)器(qi)灰斗(dou)后(hou),由于氣(qi)流斷面突(tu)然擴大(da)及(ji)氣(qi)流分(fen)(fen)布板作用,氣(qi)流中一部分(fen)(fen)粗大(da)顆粒在(zai)動(dong)和(he)慣性力作用下沉(chen)(chen)降在(zai)灰斗(dou);粒度(du)細、密(mi)度(du)小的(de)塵(chen)粒進入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)塵(chen)室(shi)后(hou),通過布朗擴散和(he)篩濾(lv)(lv)等組合效應,使粉塵(chen)沉(chen)(chen)積在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)料(liao)表面上,凈化后(hou)的(de)氣(qi)體進入(ru)(ru)凈氣(qi)室(shi)由排(pai)氣(qi)管(guan)經風(feng)機排(pai)出。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒式除塵(chen)器的(de)阻力隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表面(mian)(mian)粉塵(chen)層厚(hou)度的(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大(da)。阻力達到某一(yi)規定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi)(shi)進行(xing)清灰(hui)。此時(shi)(shi)PLC程序控(kong)制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)啟閉(bi),首先一(yi)分室提升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),將過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)截斷,然后電磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開啟,壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)以及(ji)短的(de)時(shi)(shi)間在上箱體內迅速膨脹,涌入濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒,使(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒膨脹變形產生振動,并在逆向氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)沖(chong)刷(shua)的(de)作(zuo)用下(xia),附著(zhu)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋外表面(mian)(mian)上的(de)粉塵(chen)被剝離落入灰(hui)斗中。清灰(hui)完(wan)畢后,電磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),提升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打開,該室又恢復過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)各室依次進行(xing),從(cong)一(yi)室清灰(hui)開始(shi)(shi)至下(xia)一(yi)次清灰(hui)開始(shi)(shi)為一(yi)個清灰(hui)周期。脫(tuo)落的(de)粉塵(chen)掉入灰(hui)斗內通過缷灰(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出。
在此過(guo)程中必(bi)須定期對濾筒進(jin)行更換和清洗,以確(que)(que)保過(guo)濾效果和精度,因為在過(guo)濾過(guo)程中粉(fen)塵(chen)除了被阻(zu)隔外還有部分會(hui)沉積于濾料表(biao)面,增(zeng)大阻(zu)力,所(suo)以一般的(de)正確(que)(que)更換時間是三至五個(ge)月!
