除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)工作好壞,不僅(jin)直接影(ying)響到除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)系統的(de)(de)可靠運(yun)(yun)行,還關系到生產(chan)系統的(de)(de)正常運(yun)(yun)行、車(che)間廠區和周邊居民的(de)(de)環境衛(wei)生、風機葉片的(de)(de)磨損和壽命,同時還涉及(ji)有經濟(ji)價值物料的(de)(de)回(hui)收利用問題(ti)。因此(ci),必須(xu)正確地設計、選(xuan)擇(ze)與(yu)使用除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)。選(xuan)擇(ze)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)時必須(xu)全面考慮一次投(tou)資(zi)和運(yun)(yun)行費(fei)用,如除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率、壓力損失、可靠性(xing)、一次投(tou)資(zi)、占地面積(ji)、維修管(guan)理(li)等因素(su),根據煙塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)理(li)化(hua)性(xing)質、特(te)點和生產(chan)工藝的(de)(de)要(yao)求,針對性(xing)地選(xuan)擇(ze)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)。
1.根據除塵效率的(de)要求
所(suo)選除塵器必須(xu)滿足排放(fang)標準(zhun)的要求。

4.根據壓(ya)力損失(shi)與能(neng)耗
袋式除(chu)塵器(qi)的(de)(de)阻力比電除(chu)塵器(qi)的(de)(de)阻力大,但從除(chu)塵器(qi)整體能耗(hao)來對比,兩(liang)者能耗(hao)相差不大。

水資源缺乏的地區(qu)不適合采用濕(shi)式除(chu)塵器(qi);北方地區(qu)存(cun)在冬季凍結的問題(ti),盡可能不使用濕(shi)式除(chu)塵器(qi)。
7.粉塵和(he)氣(qi)體回收(shou)利用的要求
粉塵(chen)(chen)具(ju)有回收價值時,宜采用干法除塵(chen)(chen);當粉塵(chen)(chen)具(ju)有很(hen)高的(de)回收價值時,宜采用袋式除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi);當凈(jing)化后(hou)的(de)氣(qi)體需(xu)(xu)要(yao)回收利用或凈(jing)化后(hou)的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)再循環(huan)利用時,宜采用高效(xiao)袋式除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)。
