濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世紀70年代就(jiu)已經在(zai)日本(ben)和(he)歐美(mei)一(yi)些國家出現(xian),具(ju)有(you)體(ti)(ti)(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao),效率高,投資省,易(yi)維護(hu)等優(you)點,但因(yin)其設備(bei)容(rong)(rong)量小(xiao)(xiao),難組合成(cheng)大風量設備(bei),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風速偏(pian)低,應(ying)用(yong)范圍(wei)窄,僅在(zai)糧食、焊接(jie)等行業(ye)應(ying)用(yong),所以多(duo)年來(lai)未能(neng)大量推廣(guang)。近年來(lai),隨著新技術(shu)、新材料(liao)不斷(duan)地發展(zhan),以日本(ben),美(mei)國的公司為代表,對除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構和(he)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料(liao)進行了改(gai)進,使得濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣(guang)泛地應(ying)用(yong)于水泥、鋼(gang)鐵、電力、食品、冶金、化工(gong)等工(gong)業(ye)領域,整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)容(rong)(rong)量增(zeng)加數倍,成(cheng)為過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)>2000m2大型除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類(lei)),是(shi)解決(jue)傳(chuan)統除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超(chao)細粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)收集難、過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)風速高、清灰效果差(cha)(cha)、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋(dai)易(yi)磨損破漏、運行成(cheng)本(ben)高的上好方案(an),和(he)市場上現(xian)有(you)各種(zhong)袋(dai)式(shi)、靜電除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比(bi)具(ju)有(you)有(you)效過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)大、壓差(cha)(cha)低、低排放、體(ti)(ti)(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)(xiao)、使用(yong)壽(shou)命長等特(te)點,成(cheng)為工(gong)業(ye)除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)發展(zhan)的新方向。
濾筒(tong)式除塵器的(de)結(jie)構是由(you)進風管、排風管、箱(xiang)體(ti)、灰斗(dou)、清(qing)灰裝置(zhi)、導流(liu)(liu)裝置(zhi)、氣流(liu)(liu)分流(liu)(liu)分布板、濾筒(tong)及電控(kong)裝置(zhi)組成,類似氣箱(xiang)脈(mo)沖袋除塵結(jie)構。
濾(lv)筒(tong)在除塵器(qi)(qi)中的(de)布(bu)置(zhi)很(hen)重(zhong)要,既可以垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)在箱(xiang)體花(hua)板上(shang),也可以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi) 在花(hua)板上(shang),從清灰(hui)效果看,垂(chui)直布(bu)置(zhi)較為合理。花(hua)板下(xia)部為過濾(lv)室,上(shang)部為氣箱(xiang)脈沖室。在除塵器(qi)(qi)入口處(chu)裝有氣流(liu)分布(bu)板。
含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)灰(hui)斗(dou)后(hou),由于氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面(mian)突然擴(kuo)大及氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)分(fen)(fen)布板作用(yong)(yong),氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部(bu)分(fen)(fen)粗大顆粒在(zai)動和慣性力(li)作用(yong)(yong)下(xia)沉降(jiang)在(zai)灰(hui)斗(dou);粒度細、密度小的塵(chen)(chen)粒進(jin)入濾(lv)塵(chen)(chen)室(shi)后(hou),通(tong)過(guo)布朗(lang)擴(kuo)散和篩濾(lv)等組合(he)效(xiao)應,使粉塵(chen)(chen)沉積在(zai)濾(lv)料表(biao)面(mian)上,凈(jing)(jing)化后(hou)的氣(qi)(qi)體進(jin)入凈(jing)(jing)氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)由排氣(qi)(qi)管經風機排出。
濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)塵器的(de)(de)阻力隨濾(lv)料(liao)表(biao)面粉塵層厚度的(de)(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻力達到(dao)某(mou)一(yi)規定值(zhi)時進行(xing)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時PLC程序控制脈(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)啟閉,首先一(yi)分室(shi)提(ti)(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,將過濾(lv)氣流截斷,然后電磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開啟,壓縮空氣以及短的(de)(de)時間在(zai)上箱體內(nei)迅速(su)膨(peng)脹,涌入濾(lv)筒(tong),使濾(lv)筒(tong)膨(peng)脹變(bian)形產生振動,并(bing)在(zai)逆(ni)向氣流沖刷的(de)(de)作用(yong)下,附(fu)著(zhu)在(zai)濾(lv)袋外表(biao)面上的(de)(de)粉塵被剝離落入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,提(ti)(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打開,該室(shi)又恢復過濾(lv)狀態(tai)。清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各(ge)室(shi)依次進行(xing),從一(yi)室(shi)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始至下一(yi)次清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開始為一(yi)個(ge)清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)粉塵掉(diao)入灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內(nei)通過缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出。
在此過程中(zhong)必須(xu)定期(qi)對(dui)濾筒進行更(geng)換和清洗,以確保(bao)過濾效果和精(jing)度,因為在過濾過程中(zhong)粉(fen)塵除了被阻隔外還有部分會沉積于濾料表(biao)面,增(zeng)大阻力(li),所(suo)以一般的正確更(geng)換時間是(shi)三至五個月!
