濾(lv)(lv)筒式除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世(shi)紀70年代就已(yi)經(jing)在(zai)日本和(he)歐美(mei)一些國家出現,具有(you)體積小,效率高(gao),投(tou)資省,易維護等(deng)優點,但因其設備(bei)容量小,難組(zu)合成大風量設備(bei),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)風速偏低(di)(di),應(ying)用(yong)(yong)范圍窄,僅在(zai)糧食、焊接等(deng)行業應(ying)用(yong)(yong),所以多年來未能大量推廣。近年來,隨著新技術、新材料不斷地(di)發展(zhan),以日本,美(mei)國的公(gong)司(si)為代表,對除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結(jie)構和(he)濾(lv)(lv)料進行了改進,使得濾(lv)(lv)筒除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣泛(fan)地(di)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)水(shui)泥、鋼鐵(tie)、電(dian)力(li)、食品、冶(ye)金、化工等(deng)工業領域(yu),整體容量增加數倍,成為過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積>2000m2大型除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)收集難、過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)風速高(gao)、清灰效果差、濾(lv)(lv)袋易磨損破漏(lou)、運(yun)行成本高(gao)的上好方(fang)案,和(he)市場上現有(you)各種袋式、靜電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比(bi)具有(you)有(you)效過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積大、壓(ya)差低(di)(di)、低(di)(di)排放、體積小、使用(yong)(yong)壽命(ming)長等(deng)特點,成為工業除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)發展(zhan)的新方(fang)向。
濾筒式(shi)除塵器(qi)的結構是由進風管、排風管、箱體(ti)、灰(hui)斗、清灰(hui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、導(dao)流(liu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)流(liu)分(fen)布板、濾筒及(ji)電控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置組成,類似氣(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵結構。
濾筒在(zai)(zai)除塵器中的布置(zhi)很重(zhong)要,既(ji)可以垂直布置(zhi)在(zai)(zai)箱體花(hua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上,也(ye)可以傾斜布置(zhi) 在(zai)(zai)花(hua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上,從清灰效果看,垂直布置(zhi)較為(wei)合理。花(hua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)下部為(wei)過濾室,上部為(wei)氣(qi)箱脈沖室。在(zai)(zai)除塵器入口處裝有氣(qi)流分布板(ban)(ban)(ban)。
含塵(chen)氣體進入(ru)除塵(chen)器灰(hui)斗(dou)后(hou),由于氣流(liu)斷面突然擴(kuo)(kuo)大及氣流(liu)分(fen)布板作用,氣流(liu)中一部分(fen)粗大顆粒在動和(he)慣(guan)性力作用下沉降在灰(hui)斗(dou);粒度(du)細、密度(du)小的(de)塵(chen)粒進入(ru)濾(lv)(lv)塵(chen)室(shi)后(hou),通過布朗(lang)擴(kuo)(kuo)散和(he)篩濾(lv)(lv)等(deng)組(zu)合(he)效(xiao)應,使粉塵(chen)沉積在濾(lv)(lv)料表面上,凈(jing)(jing)化后(hou)的(de)氣體進入(ru)凈(jing)(jing)氣室(shi)由排氣管經(jing)風機排出(chu)。
濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式除塵器的(de)阻力(li)(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料表面粉(fen)(fen)塵層(ceng)厚度的(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻力(li)(li)達到某一(yi)規(gui)定值時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程(cheng)序(xu)控制(zhi)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥的(de)啟(qi)閉(bi)(bi),首先一(yi)分室(shi)(shi)提(ti)升閥關閉(bi)(bi),將(jiang)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)氣(qi)流(liu)截斷,然(ran)后(hou)電磁(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥開(kai)啟(qi),壓縮空氣(qi)以及(ji)短的(de)時(shi)間(jian)在(zai)上箱體內迅(xun)速膨脹,涌入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),使濾(lv)(lv)(lv)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)膨脹變形產生(sheng)振動,并在(zai)逆向氣(qi)流(liu)沖(chong)刷的(de)作(zuo)用下,附(fu)著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)袋(dai)外表面上的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵被剝離落(luo)入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢后(hou),電磁(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥關閉(bi)(bi),提(ti)升閥打開(kai),該(gai)室(shi)(shi)又恢(hui)復過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)狀態。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)(shi)依次進(jin)行(xing),從一(yi)室(shi)(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)至(zhi)下一(yi)次清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)始(shi)為一(yi)個(ge)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵掉入(ru)(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內通(tong)過缷(xie)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥排(pai)出(chu)。
在此過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)必須定期對濾(lv)筒進行(xing)更(geng)換和清洗,以確保過濾(lv)效果和精度,因為在過濾(lv)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)粉(fen)塵除(chu)了被阻(zu)隔(ge)外還有部分會沉積于濾(lv)料(liao)表面,增(zeng)大(da)阻(zu)力(li),所以一般(ban)的正確更(geng)換時間(jian)是三至五個月!
