電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)(Electromagnetic valve)是用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的工(gong)業(ye)設備,是用(yong)來(lai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)流體的自動(dong)化基(ji)礎(chu)元件,屬于執(zhi)行(xing)器,并(bing)不(bu)限于液壓、氣動(dong)。用(yong)在工(gong)業(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)中調整(zheng)介質的方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)、流量、速度和(he)其他(ta)的參數。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)可以配合不(bu)同(tong)的電(dian)(dian)路來(lai)實現(xian)預期的控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),而控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的精度和(he)靈活性都(dou)能夠保證。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)有(you)很(hen)多種,不(bu)同(tong)的電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)在控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)的不(bu)同(tong)位(wei)置發揮(hui)作用(yong),最常(chang)用(yong)的是單向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)、安(an)全閥(fa)、方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)、速度調節閥(fa)等。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥里(li)有(you)密閉的(de)腔,在不(bu)同位置開(kai)有(you)通(tong)孔,每個(ge)孔連接(jie)不(bu)同的(de)油(you)管(guan),腔中間是(shi)活塞(sai)(sai),兩面(mian)(mian)是(shi)兩塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁鐵(tie),哪面(mian)(mian)的(de)磁鐵(tie)線(xian)圈通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)閥體(ti)就會(hui)被吸引到(dao)哪邊,通(tong)過(guo)控制(zhi)閥體(ti)的(de)移動(dong)(dong)來(lai)開(kai)啟或關(guan)閉不(bu)同的(de)排油(you)孔,而進(jin)油(you)孔是(shi)常開(kai)的(de),液壓(ya)油(you)就會(hui)進(jin)入不(bu)同的(de)排油(you)管(guan),然后通(tong)過(guo)油(you)的(de)壓(ya)力來(lai)推動(dong)(dong)油(you)缸的(de)活塞(sai)(sai),活塞(sai)(sai)又帶動(dong)(dong)活塞(sai)(sai)桿(gan),活塞(sai)(sai)桿(gan)帶動(dong)(dong)機械(xie)裝置。這樣通(tong)過(guo)控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁鐵(tie)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流通(tong)斷就控制(zhi)了機械(xie)運動(dong)(dong)。
1、電磁閥從原理上分為三大類:
直動式電磁閥(fa)
原理:通電(dian)(dian)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)磁線圈產生電(dian)(dian)磁力把關閉(bi)件(jian)從(cong)閥(fa)(fa)座(zuo)上提起(qi),閥(fa)(fa)門(men)打(da)開;斷電(dian)(dian)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)磁力消失,彈簧把關閉(bi)件(jian)壓在閥(fa)(fa)座(zuo)上,閥(fa)(fa)門(men)關閉(bi)。
特點:在真空(kong)、負(fu)壓、零壓時能正常工作,但(dan)通徑一般(ban)不(bu)超過25mm。
分步直(zhi)動式(shi)電磁(ci)閥
原理:它是一種直(zhi)動(dong)和先(xian)導(dao)式相(xiang)結合(he)的原理,當(dang)入口與出口沒有壓差(cha)時(shi)(shi),通電(dian)后(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)直(zhi)接把先(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa)(fa)和主閥(fa)(fa)關閉件依(yi)次向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)提起,閥(fa)(fa)門(men)打(da)開。當(dang)入口與出口達到啟動(dong)壓差(cha)時(shi)(shi),通電(dian)后(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)先(xian)導(dao)小閥(fa)(fa),主閥(fa)(fa)下腔壓力(li)上(shang)升,上(shang)腔壓力(li)下降,從而利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)壓差(cha)把主閥(fa)(fa)向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)推開;斷(duan)電(dian)時(shi)(shi),先(xian)導(dao)閥(fa)(fa)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)彈簧力(li)或介質壓力(li)推動(dong)關閉件,向(xiang)(xiang)下移動(dong),使閥(fa)(fa)門(men)關閉。
特點(dian):在(zai)零壓差或真空、高壓時亦能可*動作(zuo),但功率較大,要求必須水平安裝。
先導式電(dian)磁閥
原理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力把先導(dao)孔打開,上腔(qiang)室壓(ya)力迅速下降,在(zai)關 閉件(jian)周圍形(xing)成上低下高的(de)壓(ya)差(cha),流體壓(ya)力推動(dong)關閉件(jian)向上移動(dong),閥(fa)門(men)打開;斷電(dian)時,彈(dan)簧(huang)力把先導(dao)孔關閉,入口壓(ya)力通(tong)過旁通(tong)孔迅速腔(qiang)室在(zai)關閥(fa)件(jian)周圍形(xing)成下低上高的(de)壓(ya)差(cha),流體壓(ya)力推動(dong)關閉件(jian)向下移動(dong),關閉閥(fa)門(men)。
特點:流(liu)體壓力(li)范圍上限較高,可任意安裝(需定制)但必(bi)須(xu)滿足流(liu)體壓差條件。
2、電磁閥(fa)從閥(fa)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)和材料上的不(bu)同與原理上的區別,分(fen)為(wei)六個分(fen)支小類(lei):直(zhi)(zhi)動膜(mo)(mo)片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步(bu)直(zhi)(zhi)動膜(mo)(mo)片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、先導(dao)膜(mo)(mo)片結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、直(zhi)(zhi)動活塞結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步(bu)直(zhi)(zhi)動活塞結(jie)(jie)構(gou)、先導(dao)活塞結(jie)(jie)構(gou)。
