濾筒(tong)式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的結構(gou)(gou)是由進(jin)風(feng)管、排(pai)風(feng)管、箱體、灰(hui)(hui)斗、清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)裝(zhuang)置、導流裝(zhuang)置、氣流分流分布板、濾筒(tong)及電控(kong)裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣箱脈(mo)沖袋(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)結構(gou)(gou)。
濾筒在(zai)除塵器(qi)中的布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重(zhong)要,既可以垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體花(hua)板(ban)上(shang)(shang),也可以傾斜布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)板(ban)上(shang)(shang),從清(qing)灰效(xiao)果看,垂直布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)為合理。花(hua)板(ban)下部(bu)為過濾室(shi),上(shang)(shang)部(bu)為氣(qi)箱脈(mo)沖(chong)室(shi)。在(zai)除塵器(qi)入口處裝(zhuang)有氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)板(ban)。
含塵氣體(ti)進入(ru)(ru)除塵器灰斗后,由(you)于氣流斷面突然擴大(da)及氣流分布板作用,氣流中一部分粗大(da)顆粒(li)在動和慣性力作用下沉降(jiang)在灰斗;粒(li)度細(xi)、密度小的塵粒(li)進入(ru)(ru)濾塵室后,通(tong)過布朗擴散(san)和篩濾等組合(he)效應,使(shi)粉塵沉積(ji)在濾料表面上,凈(jing)化后的氣體(ti)進入(ru)(ru)凈(jing)氣室由(you)排氣管經(jing)風(feng)機(ji)排出。
濾(lv)(lv)筒式除塵器的(de)(de)阻力隨濾(lv)(lv)料表(biao)(biao)面粉塵層厚(hou)度的(de)(de)增加而增大。阻力達(da)到某一(yi)規定值時(shi)(shi)進行清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)(shi)PLC程序控(kong)制脈(mo)沖閥的(de)(de)啟(qi)閉(bi),首先一(yi)分室(shi)提(ti)升(sheng)閥關閉(bi),將過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)氣流截斷,然后電磁脈(mo)沖閥開(kai)(kai)啟(qi),壓縮空氣以(yi)及短的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間在(zai)上(shang)箱體內(nei)迅速膨脹(zhang),涌入(ru)濾(lv)(lv)筒,使濾(lv)(lv)筒膨脹(zhang)變形(xing)產(chan)生振動(dong),并在(zai)逆向(xiang)氣流沖刷(shua)的(de)(de)作用(yong)下(xia),附著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)袋外表(biao)(biao)面上(shang)的(de)(de)粉塵被(bei)剝離落入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗中。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)完(wan)畢后,電磁脈(mo)沖閥關閉(bi),提(ti)升(sheng)閥打(da)開(kai)(kai),該室(shi)又恢復過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)狀態。清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)各室(shi)依次進行,從一(yi)室(shi)清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始至(zhi)下(xia)一(yi)次清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始為一(yi)個清(qing)(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)(de)粉塵掉入(ru)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)斗內(nei)通(tong)過(guo)缷灰(hui)(hui)(hui)閥排出。
在此過(guo)程中(zhong)必須定期對濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)進行更換(huan)和清洗,以確保過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)效果和精度,因為在過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)程中(zhong)粉塵(chen)除了被(bei)阻(zu)隔外還(huan)有(you)部分會沉積于濾(lv)(lv)料表面,增(zeng)大(da)阻(zu)力(li),所(suo)以一(yi)般(ban)的正(zheng)確更換(huan)時間是三至(zhi)五(wu)個月!
