濾(lv)筒(tong)式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)早在(zai)20世紀(ji)70年代就(jiu)已經(jing)在(zai)日本(ben)和(he)歐(ou)美一些國(guo)家出現(xian),具有(you)體(ti)積小,效(xiao)率高(gao),投資省,易維護等(deng)(deng)優點,但因其設備(bei)容量小,難組(zu)合(he)成大(da)(da)(da)風量設備(bei),過濾(lv)風速偏低(di)(di),應用(yong)范圍窄,僅在(zai)糧食、焊接(jie)等(deng)(deng)行業應用(yong),所以多年來未(wei)能大(da)(da)(da)量推廣(guang)。近年來,隨著新技術、新材料不斷地(di)發(fa)展,以日本(ben),美國(guo)的公(gong)司為(wei)代表,對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構和(he)濾(lv)料進行了改進,使得濾(lv)筒(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)廣(guang)泛地(di)應用(yong)于水泥(ni)、鋼鐵、電力、食品(pin)、冶金、化(hua)工(gong)(gong)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)業領(ling)域,整(zheng)體(ti)容量增加數倍,成為(wei)過濾(lv)面(mian)積>2000m2大(da)(da)(da)型除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(GB6719-86類),是解決傳統(tong)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)對超細粉塵(chen)收集難、過濾(lv)風速高(gao)、清灰效(xiao)果(guo)差、濾(lv)袋(dai)易磨損破(po)漏、運行成本(ben)高(gao)的上好(hao)方案,和(he)市(shi)場上現(xian)有(you)各(ge)種袋(dai)式、靜電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)相比具有(you)有(you)效(xiao)過濾(lv)面(mian)積大(da)(da)(da)、壓差低(di)(di)、低(di)(di)排放、體(ti)積小、使用(yong)壽命(ming)長等(deng)(deng)特(te)點,成為(wei)工(gong)(gong)業除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)發(fa)展的新方向(xiang)。
濾筒(tong)式(shi)除塵(chen)器的結(jie)構(gou)是由進風管、排風管、箱體、灰斗、清灰裝置、導流裝置、氣流分(fen)流分(fen)布板(ban)、濾筒(tong)及電(dian)控裝置組成,類似氣箱脈沖(chong)袋除塵(chen)結(jie)構(gou)。
濾筒(tong)在(zai)除塵器(qi)中的布置很(hen)重要(yao),既可以垂直布置在(zai)箱體花板(ban)上,也可以傾斜布置 在(zai)花板(ban)上,從(cong)清(qing)灰效果(guo)看,垂直布置較(jiao)為合理。花板(ban)下部為過濾室(shi),上部為氣箱脈沖(chong)室(shi)。在(zai)除塵器(qi)入口處裝(zhuang)有氣流(liu)分布板(ban)。
含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)氣體進(jin)(jin)入除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)灰斗后,由于氣流斷面(mian)突然擴(kuo)大(da)及(ji)氣流分布(bu)板作(zuo)用,氣流中一部分粗(cu)大(da)顆(ke)粒在動和慣(guan)性力作(zuo)用下沉降在灰斗;粒度(du)細、密度(du)小(xiao)的塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒進(jin)(jin)入濾塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)室(shi)后,通過布(bu)朗(lang)擴(kuo)散(san)和篩濾等組合效應(ying),使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)沉積在濾料表(biao)面(mian)上,凈(jing)化后的氣體進(jin)(jin)入凈(jing)氣室(shi)由排氣管經(jing)風機排出。
濾(lv)筒式(shi)除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)阻力隨濾(lv)料表面粉塵(chen)層厚(hou)度的(de)(de)(de)增加而增大。阻力達到某一規(gui)定(ding)值時進行(xing)清(qing)灰(hui)。此時PLC程序(xu)控(kong)制(zhi)脈(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)啟閉,首先(xian)一分(fen)室(shi)提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,將過(guo)濾(lv)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流截斷(duan),然后電磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開(kai)(kai)啟,壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)以及短的(de)(de)(de)時間在(zai)上箱體內迅速膨脹(zhang),涌入(ru)濾(lv)筒,使濾(lv)筒膨脹(zhang)變(bian)形產(chan)生振(zhen)動,并在(zai)逆向氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流沖刷的(de)(de)(de)作用下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)袋外表面上的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)被剝離(li)落(luo)入(ru)灰(hui)斗(dou)中。清(qing)灰(hui)完畢后,電磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,提(ti)升閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打開(kai)(kai),該室(shi)又(you)恢復過(guo)濾(lv)狀態(tai)。清(qing)灰(hui)各室(shi)依(yi)次(ci)進行(xing),從一室(shi)清(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)(kai)始至下一次(ci)清(qing)灰(hui)開(kai)(kai)始為一個清(qing)灰(hui)周期。脫落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)掉(diao)入(ru)灰(hui)斗(dou)內通過(guo)缷灰(hui)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)排出。
在此過程中(zhong)必須定期對濾(lv)筒進行(xing)更換和(he)清(qing)洗,以確(que)保過濾(lv)效果和(he)精度,因為在過濾(lv)過程中(zhong)粉(fen)塵除了被阻隔外還有部分會沉積于濾(lv)料表面(mian),增大(da)阻力,所以一般的正確(que)更換時(shi)間是三至五個月(yue)!
