濾筒式除塵器的結構是由進風(feng)管(guan)(guan)、排風(feng)管(guan)(guan)、箱體(ti)、灰斗(dou)、清灰裝(zhuang)置、導(dao)流(liu)裝(zhuang)置、氣流(liu)分流(liu)分布(bu)板、濾筒及電控裝(zhuang)置組成,類似氣箱脈沖袋除塵結構。

濾(lv)筒(tong)在(zai)除塵器中的(de)布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)很重要(yao),既可(ke)以垂直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)箱體花(hua)板上(shang)(shang),也可(ke)以傾斜布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi) 在(zai)花(hua)板上(shang)(shang),從(cong)清灰效果看,垂直布(bu)(bu)(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)較為(wei)合理(li)。花(hua)板下部為(wei)過濾(lv)室,上(shang)(shang)部為(wei)氣箱脈沖室。在(zai)除塵器入(ru)口(kou)處(chu)裝有氣流分布(bu)(bu)(bu)板。

含(han)塵氣(qi)體進入除塵器灰斗后(hou),由(you)于氣(qi)流(liu)斷(duan)面(mian)突然(ran)擴大及(ji)氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)(fen)布板(ban)作用,氣(qi)流(liu)中一部(bu)分(fen)(fen)粗大顆粒在動和(he)慣(guan)性力作用下沉(chen)降在灰斗;粒度(du)細、密度(du)小的塵粒進入濾塵室后(hou),通(tong)過布朗擴散和(he)篩濾等組合效應,使粉塵沉(chen)積在濾料表面(mian)上,凈化(hua)后(hou)的氣(qi)體進入凈氣(qi)室由(you)排(pai)氣(qi)管經風機(ji)排(pai)出。

濾(lv)(lv)筒式除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)阻力(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)料表面粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)層厚度的(de)增加(jia)而增大。阻力(li)達到(dao)某一規定值時(shi)進行清灰(hui)(hui)。此時(shi)PLC程(cheng)序控(kong)制脈沖(chong)閥(fa)的(de)啟閉(bi)(bi),首先一分室提升(sheng)閥(fa)關閉(bi)(bi),將過濾(lv)(lv)氣流截(jie)斷,然(ran)后電磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)開啟,壓縮空氣以(yi)及短的(de)時(shi)間在(zai)上(shang)(shang)箱體內迅速膨脹,涌入濾(lv)(lv)筒,使濾(lv)(lv)筒膨脹變(bian)形產生振動(dong),并在(zai)逆向氣流沖(chong)刷的(de)作用下,附著在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)袋外(wai)表面上(shang)(shang)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)被剝離落入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中(zhong)。清灰(hui)(hui)完畢后,電磁脈沖(chong)閥(fa)關閉(bi)(bi),提升(sheng)閥(fa)打(da)開,該(gai)室又(you)恢復過濾(lv)(lv)狀態。清灰(hui)(hui)各室依次進行,從(cong)一室清灰(hui)(hui)開始至下一次清灰(hui)(hui)開始為一個清灰(hui)(hui)周期。脫落的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)掉入灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)內通過缷灰(hui)(hui)閥(fa)排出。

在此過(guo)程中必須定期對濾筒進行更(geng)換和(he)清洗,以(yi)確保過(guo)濾效果和(he)精度,因為在過(guo)濾過(guo)程中粉塵(chen)除了(le)被(bei)阻隔外還有部分會沉積于濾料表面,增大阻力(li),所以(yi)一(yi)般的正確更(geng)換時(shi)間(jian)是三至五個月!
